With that, she picked up Cynthia Chambers and walked over to the window sill, holding her up to look at the skyscrapers outside.
Cynthia Chambers remained silent, not speaking, even while being held by the stranger Thea Shaw, she didn't show any resistance, as if completely unaware of the outside world.
She simply gazed at the sky outside with a dazed look while being held by the window.
"Cynthia, look, isn't the weather nice today?"
Thea Shaw spoke gently, word by word, as if she were chatting casually with Cynthia Chambers.
Aurora Sutton, watching from behind, laughed, "I didn't expect Thea to like children."
Zia Sutton pouted, "I find kids particularly annoying." With that, she turned to Celia Chambers and said, "Let's have them a bit later."
