Fiona Vaughn's face was pale as snow, her reddened eyelids clenched shut, with two lines of tears sliding down, making her look pitiful beyond words.
Tyson Law saw her collapse limply in his arms, her face so ghastly, and he immediately panicked.
"Fiona, Fiona, how are you feeling?"
Fiona Vaughn whimpered softly, her expression deathly pale as she clung onto Tyson Law's arm.
"I feel terrible... go to Stellerton University... the Traditional Medicine Hospital, it's the closest, register me under Dr. Warner, who always sees me..."
She spoke haltingly, but her voice wasn't low at all, just enough for Chairman Law on the other end of the phone to hear.
Noticing her phone flashing nonstop in her pocket, Fiona bit down hard on her teeth and, while Tyson Law was distracted, quickly pressed to hang up the call. Then she instantly went limp again, boneless, against Tyson Law's chest.
"Fiona... hang in there, I'll take you to the Traditional Medicine Hospital right now..."
