The stir-fried pickled vegetable with Dongpo pork is bright in color and tastes deliciously sour. One bite of the sausage, and it's smooth, tender, chewy, and crispy, growing more flavorful the more you chew, perfectly complemented by the rightly sour pickle, making it an excellent appetizer.
After finishing these two dishes, Jiang Yu prepared sweet and sour ribs, egg-wrapped tofu, candied yam, and stir-fried wood ear for Pan Jingchen, who doesn't eat spicy food.
Just as the dishes were finished, Yan Tongtong came over and told him that Liu Xining, Pan Jingchen, and the three assistants had all arrived. Jiang Yu didn't delay and found two waiters to help him deliver the dishes over.
Upon reaching the private room, Liu Xining put on her "mask" again, posing elegantly and virtuously, with a faint smile, she winked at Jiang Yu and said with a moved expression:
"Xiaojiang, thank you so much for the trouble of specially making Gannan dishes for me!"
