The exterior of the circular building resembles a flattened crystal sphere, constructed entirely from translucent crystal, with a silver-blue mist flowing along its surface, identical to that of the Six-Ring Tower itself.
The base of the building merges seamlessly with the seabed rock layers, while the top is a single piece of curved dome. Inside the dome, one can vaguely see a layer of liquid, resembling mercury, flowing slowly. The seabed surrounding the building is engraved with concentric circles of rune arrays, with diameters estimated to be hundreds of meters. Each circle of runes rotates counterclockwise at different speeds, causing the surrounding seawater to form a slow yet stable vortex.
The vortex is not intense, but its coverage is exceedingly wide, encapsulating the entire circular building within a natural barrier composed of flowing seawater.
The elevator came to a gradual stop right in front of the circular building.
