Luoning and Aileen instantly became alert, watching the elderly woman warily.
The elderly woman's expression stiffened, and she said awkwardly, "Uh, being cautious is good, so I won't disturb you any longer."
Saying this, the elderly woman picked up her laundry and walked to the other end of the town without further entanglement.
Luoning and Aileen exchanged glances, seeing a hint of confusion in each other's eyes. This didn't seem dangerous.
