7:00 in the evening.
Zhao Heng sat alone in the office, tonight was a night shift.
"Dr. Zhao, coffee."
Zhao Heng was sitting, Tian Zhen brought over a cup of coffee, it looked like it was takeout.
"Hmm, thank you."
Zhao Heng nodded, on night shifts at the hospital, coffee was essential.
In other hospitals, night shifts might allow for intermittent rest, but at Eastern Hospital, a night shift basically meant staying up all night.
Given the current strain on medical resources, Zhao Heng estimated he'd be getting busier and busier.
"Is this from that hand-crafted coffee place?"
Zhao Heng just took a sip and could tell; this coffee was the one he drank most often.
"Yep, I saw Man Ni order it and just followed suit."
Tian Zhen nodded, she herself was drinking a bottle of soda; too much coffee wasn't good for a girl's skin.
"Your uncle got admitted to the hospital, right?"
Zhao Heng asked again.
"Yes, he's admitted, Dr. Li is overseeing his bed."
Tian Zhen nodded and said.
