Beerus slowly stood up."That's more like it! But your attacks… that's all you've got?"
He narrowed his eyes."A few hits like that… they won't work on me. You get that, right?"
Beerus roared and lashed out, his kick smashing straight into Goku's chin before he could react.
Goku was launched high into the air!
Beerus darted after him at insane speed, his head driving into Goku's body with terrifying force, sending him flying even higher.
Blow after blow—Beerus kept ramming Goku with brutal headbutts, Goku's cries echoing through the skies.
The two of them blasted past the atmosphere, into outer space!
Beerus yawned mid-fight."Hey, you done resting yet? Shouldn't we keep playing?"
"Tch… Honestly, I've never liked giving destruction some kind of special meaning."
He clasped his hands together, pink energy violently swirling between his palms.
A glowing pink sphere of energy formed, crackling with power.
Beerus tossed it up like a toy ball, smirking."But if I want to force you to go all out, guess I've got no choice."
Goku's eyes widened."No way…!"
He looked down at the Earth below and felt a chill in his chest."Stop it!"
But Beerus only sneered coldly."Blame yourself."
"You treat human lives like nothing?!" Goku shouted at him.
"This is a battle between gods," Beerus replied flatly. "Putting human lives on the scale against that—what a stupid question."
Beerus' aura grew darker."This attack can't be deflected, and it won't just pop like a balloon."
Without hesitation, Beerus kicked the massive pink sphere straight toward Earth!
Goku instantly teleported in front of it, unleashing his own energy wave.
BOOM!!!
The collision detonated in space.
"Hah! Simple—I'll just destroy it directly!" Goku yelled.
Beerus tilted his head."Not a bad idea."
Then he raised his hands again. Behind him, countless pink orbs materialized, identical to the one before.
"So? Fired up now?"
Goku roared, golden-red flames erupting around him as his power skyrocketed.
"I'll show you… the power of a Super Saiyan God!"
His aura surged higher and higher, divine energy blazing.
Beerus hurled the swarm of pink orbs down at him.
Goku planted his feet in space, cupped his hands together—"Kaaa… meee… haaa… meee… HAAA!!!"
The beam erupted, white and blue, massive beyond measure, tearing through the void!
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!!!
The orbs detonated one after another under the blast, shockwaves rippling violently across space.
Beerus' eyes went wide as the beam consumed every last sphere, the chain explosions finally engulfing him too.
The aftermath stormed through the void, shaking everything around them.
As the light faded, Goku was left panting hard, nearly drained from the effort.
Then—A cold voice echoed."My mistake."
Beerus emerged from the smoke, completely unscathed.
He struck without warning—his flaming fist slammed into Goku's gut, the blow piercing right through his body.
"I was wrong. You're not the one I'm looking for."
Goku's body dropped, crashing into the ocean below, flames still burning on his wound.
"Lord Beerus is terrifyingly strong…" Goku gasped weakly."So overwhelming, I didn't even know… such power could exist."
"But somehow… instead of fear…"His eyes snapped open, blazing with crimson light."…I feel excited!"
BOOM!
A fiery red figure rocketed out of the sea, flames surging around him as he rose again to face Beerus.
"Let's keep going, Lord Beerus!" Goku shouted, fire in his eyes."This Super Saiyan God power… it's pushing me higher than ever!"
Beerus gave him a small nod."Not bad. Reaching this level deserves respect."
"Then watch closely… I'll show you my true power."

Gohan stared at the screen in shock."Dad's so strong in the future… even after taking attacks like that, he's still standing!"
Goku, smiling proudly, replied, "I didn't think I'd ever reach that kind of level either. But Lord Beerus really is on another scale."
His fists clenched in excitement."My blood's boiling. Keep pushing, future me!"

The two separated, Goku blazing with red fire, Beerus radiating purple flame.
They glared at each other across the void.
Goku roared, his godly power flaring to a whole new height.
Beerus bellowed in answer, purple energy surging like wildfire.
Their auras clashed, shaking the cosmos itself.
Then—like two comets colliding—they slammed into each other, red and purple locked in a deadlock, shockwaves ripping outward in all directions.
The sheer force spread across the universe: waves of godly power washed over Earth, reached the Realm of the Kais, and even brushed the Sun's surface.

Realm of the Kais
The Supreme Kai stared in horror."What… what is this power?!"
The Old Kai's face was grim."It's the collision of divine power. Once it's born, it grows stronger the farther it spreads. This is dangerous—if they keep clashing, the universe itself could collapse!"
The Supreme Kai stammered, "How many more clashes can the universe even take?"
The Old Kai slowly raised two fingers."Two."
Back in space, Beerus and Goku steadied themselves, smiling at each other despite the destruction.
"My fists aren't breaking anytime soon," Goku said confidently.
His aura flared again, crimson flames blazing brighter and brighter.
Beerus, too, unleashed his purple divine energy, both roaring as their powers soared higher still.
The battle had only just begun.
