"Long time no see, Gojo Satoru. Though, it hasn't really been that long. Welcome back."
In a daze, Gojo Satoru found himself back home, standing before the familiar Geto Suguru.
This was the world of genjutsu. Gojo Satoru knew this clearly, but unlike before, this world had become more 'real'.
"Is there anything wrong with a world of genjutsu? Everything here is 'real,' and moreover, it's the 'real' that you like."
As if sensing Gojo Satoru's reservations, Geto Suguru spoke persuasively.
Both the enhanced senses from his Six Eyes and his detection with Senjutsu Chakra told him this was the real world.
After Obito absorbed the power of the Divine Tree, the current world of Tsukuyomi was indistinguishable from the real world. Not even Gojo Satoru could detect anything amiss.
After a moment of silence, Gojo Satoru picked up the beer from the table again. It was even still cold.
The appearance of The All-Evil of this World was a completely dimension-crushing blow. Through its conversation with Schwarzer, Gojo Satoru had figured out what it was.
The aggregate of all Cursed Energy, the will born from Cursed Energy itself, and the amalgamation of all human negative emotions...
In other words, fighting it was tantamount to fighting the entire world, and what's more, you couldn't use Cursed Energy.
"Reality is just too bizarre. First otherworlders, and now The All-Evil of this World."
Gojo Satoru chugged a couple of mouthfuls of beer, looking a bit melancholic.
"If it were you, what would you choose, Geto Suguru?"
"Me?"
As a product of Gojo Satoru's illusion, this Geto Suguru knew all the information he knew, and of course, would only make a choice that he believed was in line with the character of 'Geto Suguru'.
"No matter how real a world of genjutsu is, it's not the true world. If it were me, I would definitely choose to go back."
Based on Gojo Satoru's understanding of him, this was undoubtedly the answer he would give.
After all, he was the extremist who wanted to eliminate all non-sorcerers to create a world where Cursed Spirits no longer appeared.
Geto Suguru's choice and the current situation were similar in a sense, though the present circumstances were obviously more extreme.
The goal of the dark-sided Geto Suguru was to eliminate all non-sorcerers, while getting rid of 'The All-Evil of this World' required killing all of humanity.
The alternative was to accept the Infinite Tsukuyomi, living without any pain in a world of genjutsu until... everyone died of old age. Gojo Satoru had guessed the outcome of the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
"Therefore, I have only one answer..."
Both choices were unacceptable for humanity. It was death either way, so they might as well fight before the end.
Gojo Satoru thought of Schwarzer, that mysterious visitor from another world, and the only opponent The All-Evil of this World cared about!
If it was her, was there hope for saving humanity?
But in the next moment, he abandoned such an escapist thought. Rather than hoping for salvation from others, relying on his own strength was the most dependable path.
He already had a theory—a theory that could solve the problem of The All-Evil of this World!
"Cursed Energy is the power of negative emotions, and The All-Evil of this World is the aggregate of negative emotions. So, what would happen if positive emotions were to outweigh negative emotions?"
He thought of the Reverse Cursed Technique. The reversal of Cursed Energy is life force, which meant they were two sides of the same coin.
He now had a clue on how to deal with The All-Evil of this World: make the positive emotions in this world greater than the negative ones!
"I'm very sorry, Geto Suguru, but I have to leave again."
Gojo Satoru didn't linger in the world of genjutsu. He had already stayed long enough the last time.
Relinquishing control over the Cursed Energy in his body, Gojo Satoru focused entirely on feeling the power of Chakra, and the natural energy from the outside world.
To awaken from the Infinite Tsukuyomi, his only hope was to completely master Senjutsu Chakra and use the power of nature to wake himself.

...
Kakashi's father was known as a hero of Konoha, who not only completed his mission but also saved his comrades. He, Obito, and Rin inherited the title of the Sannin and became known as geniuses...
"A world like this is great. Everyone is alright, and no one starts wars."
Uchiha Obito was lazing about on a tree branch. Not far away, Kakashi was sitting on another branch, holding a copy of 'Icha Icha Paradise', a work by a certain Mr. Jiraiya.
"It's true, there haven't been any new missions lately. I'm bored to death," Kakashi replied perfunctorily.
With nothing to do, he often held a copy of Icha Icha Paradise, but if one looked closely, they would notice Kakashi's peripheral vision was fixed on Obito, though Obito didn't notice.
Obito didn't say much about this. Only a few minutes had passed in the outside world, but within the Tsukuyomi, he had already relived everything.
This was Kakashi's Tsukuyomi world—a world with no war, where everyone was safe and sound.
At first, Obito had entered this world intending to cause some trouble, to express his hatred for Kakashi.
However, he found himself back in the days of their three-man squad. Wanting to see what Kakashi truly considered happiness, he chose to let things be. As a result, it seemed even he was getting a bit drawn in... Was this the power of the Infinite Tsukuyomi?
Obito blamed it all on the Infinite Tsukuyomi, unwilling to admit that Kakashi had always held a place in his heart.
But soon, he could no longer smile. Everything before him began to blur, like a drop in frame rate. A massive power from the outside world was attempting to invade this place!
Uchiha Obito quickly realized that The All-Evil of this World, relying on Cursed Energy as the underlying logic of this world, had launched its own counterattack, interfering with the world of genjutsu.
The power of negative emotions would evoke the most painful memories in everyone's hearts. Obito quickly analyzed the effect that power would have on the genjutsu world.
His Rinne Sharingan activated subconsciously. Even in an illusion, he didn't want to see the scene of Rin's death again!
However, his vision shifted, and what he saw was... himself, with half his body crushed.
"Huh?"
Wasn't he supposed to see his own most painful memory? Obito's brain stalled for a moment, then he understood. For Kakashi, the most painful thing... was his own death?!
"I'm giving you this Sharingan. I will become your eye, and see the future with you."
He heard his younger self speak those words, utter that 'curse'.
Yes, the thing Kakashi found most unacceptable, deep in his heart, was Obito's death. The Sharingan he left behind was a constant reminder of it.
Just as Obito was in shock, Kakashi, having returned to his adult form, appeared behind him.
"When did you realize?" Obito asked without turning his head. It seemed Kakashi had long since figured out that this place wasn't real.
"You said you would see the future with me, Obito."
He looked at the Mangekyo Sharingan in Kakashi's eyes—the eyes that had once been his.
The bond between them had never vanished. Those eyes, once a pair split in two, still connected Kakashi and Obito with an unbreakable link even after being reunited.
This connection manifested as an intuition, allowing him to quickly guess Obito's identity—the identity of the one who had cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
