Su Han flew toward the floating fortress. It had been moved from Inazuma to hover near the new underwater city site, acting as a command center.
Ningguang walked out onto the deck to meet him.
"You're supposed to be building Atlantis," she teased. "Missing me already?"
"Always," Su Han smiled, wrapping his arms around her waist. "But today, I brought a gift."
He opened his hand. The Azure Water Dragon Pearl floated up, glowing with a soft, teal light. The air around it seemed to shimmer and distort.
"What is that?" Ningguang gasped. "The elemental energy... it's intoxicating."
"The Dragon Pearl of the Black Dragon King. I'm going to use it as the core for a Heavenly Spinning Nine-Transformation Array."
Ningguang's eyes widened. She knew the files. That was the highest-tier Spirit Gathering Array in their database.
"If you build that here..." she whispered, "this place will become the greatest cultivation holy land in Teyvat. Even the Adepti will flock here."
"That's the plan. Stand back."
Su Han retrieved Orobashi's Bones from his inventory.

Tessaiga flashed, pulverizing the bones into dust. Su Han ignited his Pure Yang Flame, melting the bone dust into golden liquid runes.
He spent an hour inscribing the formation into the floor of the Sky City.
Finally, he placed the Dragon Pearl in the center.
"Array... Activate!"
HUMMMM.
The pearl vanished into the floor. A massive pillar of light shot into the sky.
Instantly, the atmosphere changed. The air became heavy, rich, and sweet. Just breathing it felt like drinking an elemental potion.
"Incredible..." Ningguang took a deep breath. "I feel my cultivation rising just standing here."
"This is just the start," Su Han grinned. "I'm calling everyone. Ganyu, bring the Digimon. Palmon needs this energy to evolve into Lillymon. Agumon needs it to reach MetalGreymon."

Su Han: "@Everyone. I just built a Super Spirit Gathering Array on the Sky City. If you aren't busy, come over. It's cultivation time."
Klee: "Yay! Big Brother Su Han! Klee is coming with Master Jean!"
Hu Tao: "Ooh! Free XP! I'm dragging the Old Blockhead (Zhongli) with me!"
Ayaka: "I will inform the Shogun and Lady Yae."

The sky above the ocean became a highway of flying figures.
Beidou and Mona arrived first.
"Whoa," Beidou flexed her arm. "My skin is tingling. This feels stronger than the Sacred Sakura Tree."
"This density..." Mona adjusted her hat. "It's unnatural. It's like swimming in liquid mana."
Next came the Inazuma contingent. Hanachirusato, Yae Miko, and Raiden Ei.
"This air..." Hanachirusato sniffed. "It's purer than the Grand Shrine. Ei, do you feel it?"
Raiden Ei nodded slowly. "Yes. Even my power... which has been stagnant for centuries... is shifting slightly. This place is effective even on Gods."
That statement silenced everyone. If it worked on an Archon, its value was incalculable.
Then, a small red blur shot out of the clouds.
"Big Brother!"
Klee tackled Su Han. Behind her, Jean, Lisa, and the Adepti (Cloud Retainer, Mountain Shaper, Moon Carver) landed gracefully.
"Magnificent," Cloud Retainer adjusted her glasses. "This environment surpasses Jueyun Karst by tenfold. Perhaps One should move here."
"But," she looked around the crowded deck. "There are so many people. It is... crowded."
"Don't worry about that," Ningguang stepped forward, smiling like a gracious hostess. "We have the Serenitea Pots. We can simply open sub-space entrances here. The array will feed energy into the pots, giving everyone their own private mansion while enjoying the benefits."
"Brilliant," Cloud Retainer nodded approvingly. "As expected of the Tianquan."
Finally, Ganyu arrived with Madame Ping, and Hu Tao dragged a reluctant Zhongli onto the platform.
"Aiya, Director, please slow down," Zhongli sighed, though his eyes sharpened as he felt the array. A Dragon Pearl core... Su Han truly has deep pockets.
The assembly of Teyvat's strongest had begun.
