With Quicksilver and Ultron's strength, either one on Earth, or even in the interstellar realm, would be a top-tier expert. How could Han Yu not let them join?
He had just finished asking, and before Han Yu could even speak, Quicksilver excitedly said, "I want the Commander's position! Ah, of course, not to steal your spot, Boss. A Division Commander would be fine. I think with my strength, it's not too much to ask for such a position."

"It's resolved. Hulk has been stabilized and reverted back to Banner. He confirmed there were no Laughing Virus remnants in his system, so he's gone home to rest. I sent the remaining medicine to Rogers," Ultron said.
"Alright," Han Yu nodded.
He only needed to know this much. Given Ultron's meticulous nature, it was impossible for anything to be overlooked. After all, strictly speaking, he wasn't truly human, but a supercomputer, albeit one with a human body.
After speaking, the three of them went to the dining hall and set up a table large enough for everyone to sit around, making it easier to chat later.
Ten minutes later, people began to arrive one after another.
Just as they were ready, ripples like water appeared in the space beside them, spreading outwards. Then, Thor and Loki walked out.
"Han, the business card you gave us is amazing. With a thought, we can go straight to Earth," Loki's voice boomed before he even arrived.
Han Yu smiled and stepped forward, shaking hands with both of them. "How's Asgard? Has Hela been leading any more invasions?"
As soon as he finished speaking, a cold and noble voice sounded from the spatial ripple.
"It's not good to talk about people behind their backs, you know."
Han Yu was taken aback and shifted his gaze to Thor. After the two of them emerged, the spatial ripple hadn't disappeared. The next second, a long, snow-white, and slender leg appeared, followed by the rest of the person.
It was Hela!
Unexpectedly, she had heard his words. Han Yu gave a dry chuckle and asked, "What are you doing here?"
"What, you don't welcome me?"
Hela's calm eyes, as still as autumn water, swept over Han Yu. She no longer possessed the aimless killing intent she once had; it was now entirely replaced by an air of nobility.
A single glance, a single smile – both carried a breathtaking sensation.
This feeling couldn't be faked. With Han Yu's discerning eye, he would have seen through it immediately if it were an act. But what he felt now was that this aura around Hela was genuine. This also meant that Hela had truly placed herself in the position of Asgard's God-King, rather than the Asgardian executor who had once waged war across the Nine Realms.
As God-King, one naturally couldn't carry a sky full of killing intent; otherwise, others would think that the one sitting on the throne wasn't a God-King, but a fool.
"Welcome, welcome. Please, have a seat," Han Yu said with a slight smile, quickly adjusting his expression to reveal his trademark grin.
Hela stared at his face for a few seconds, then let out a soft snort, leading the Thor brothers to find seats.
About five minutes later, two more people entered: Captain Steve and Winter Soldier Bucky.
Both were in casual clothes. Although they were both old men in their nineties, their outfits were quite good. Coupled with their naturally handsome features, they gained even more points.
"Han, we're not late, are we?" Captain America asked with a smile, extending his hand to Han Yu.
Han Yu smiled and shook hands with both Captain America and Winter Soldier, saying, "You're not late. Everyone just arrived. Let's find a place to sit down, and the meeting can begin."
Captain America and Winter Soldier both nodded and found seats.
Seeing that everyone was present, Han Yu, who was sitting in the main seat, cleared his throat. The people who were whispering quickly quieted down and turned their eyes towards him.
"The purpose of gathering everyone this time is to establish the Green Lantern Corps and to assign positions to each person. With the current number of people, establishing three to five Divisions is no problem."
Han Yu clasped his hands together, resting them on his chin, and squinted his eyes, saying.
"First, I'll state my requirements. One, you cannot use your power to act wantonly. Violators will be given a certain punishment depending on the severity of the circumstances. Light punishment will be confinement, and deprivation of power. Severe punishment will be execution on the spot."
