"Finally!" Ema rose to her feet when she saw Ken riding toward them with her bear at his side. Ema raced toward Yoru and embraced the bear.
As she kissed and caressed her summon, Ken reined in his horse, descended, then looked at Godfrey, who sat on a huge centipede, examining the flute the Two Faced Lady dropped.
"How did it go?"
"Asahi killed her," Ken replied, his eyes trailing from Godfrey to the huge centipede. Its body could end up as an extremely useful resource, especially in the creation of armour.
"The demon's next then," Ken said.
Godfrey nodded. "That's why we've been waiting for you. We need Yoru." He looked at Ema, who mounted her bear and approached them.
"So?" He rose to his feet.
"Yoru has picked up his scent."
