He was no longer a king created to lead a swarm under the control of a Spider Queen. There was only a beast thirsty for combat, eager to devour anyone in its field of vision.
The beast attacked, running on legs as hard as metal. Its mobility was incredible, allowing it to make high jumps, weave webs quickly, and perform various other maneuvers.
Alex attacked using his Swordsman Lv2 skill. His movements were precise, and his strikes hit their targets, yet it was genuinely challenging to cut through the legs, which the Spider King used as shields.
The Spider King's chest swelled so much that Alex had to retreat. The beast roared violently.
Its enormous mouth spat out a large amount of webbing imbued with the authority of gluttony. Its legs wove the webbing into a massive net that spread everywhere. Alex leaped to avoid being caught in the web.
