Chapter 44 - chapter 44 , duf

The bull stands unconscious, its face and massive body collapsed on the ground right at Scarface's feet.

Scarface doesn't even look down.

His gaze is fixed ahead—on the rest of the bulls charging toward them with violent intent.

Calmly… almost lazily… he lifts his black shades and begins cleaning them, wiping away the dust with a strip of white cloth he just tore from the fallen bull's garment.

The red wind howls around them. The ground trembles. The thunder of hooves grows louder.

And still—

Scarface stands there, unbothered.

Behind him, Krabi stares in shock.

His eyes are wide, his breath uneven, his mind struggling to process what he just witnessed.

Krabi: "What the hell did you just do…?

How did you stop that thing with your finger…?"

Scarface raises the finger he used to strike the bull and shows it to Krabi, turning his back to the maddened crowd of charging bulls.

Scarface: "Ah, you mean this?

This is called duf ( Devastating Union Force)

The body is a complicated system of energy, electricity, and moisture.

If you know how to combine those things properly, in perfect har-

Before he can finish, a bull rushes in from behind, aiming to slam its horns straight into Scarface's back.

But Scarface takes one quick step to the side, dodging the attack with effortless precision.

In the same instant, he swings his palm in a sharp sideways motion, like he's breaking a wooden plank.

His hand strikes the bull hard across the back of the neck.

The impact cracks through the air.

The bull crashes violently into the ground.

Scarface glances down at it calmly.

Scarface: " mony … you gain the perfect advantage in battle."

Krabi stares at him, confused and shocked at the same time.

Krabi: "How the hell can the body produce electricity?"

Scarface lets out an ironic laugh.

Scarface: "I don't know.

That's how the bitch I had for a teacher taught me."

Krabi

Who are you talking about?

Scarface

It doesn't matter.

"Come on—try it, wild jerk

He shifts aside in a quick dodge—

And suddenly, a massive bull appears behind him.

It charges straight toward Krabi like a moving wall, horns aimed forward like spears.

Krabi's eyes widen.

As the bull closes in, he thrusts his finger forward with force—trying to stop it the same way Scarface did—

—but the impact comes like a train.

The bull slams into him.

The horns strike hard—

—and Krabi is launched into the air like a sack.

His body goes limp, spinning for a moment in midair—

before crashing down onto the red earth.

Silence… for a split second.

Then—

The bull pounds its chest with a heavy fist, letting out a deep, rumbling roar like a wrestler Inside an arena cage

Bull: "I am… unstoppable!"

Krabi rises to his feet, furious, spitting blood onto the red ground as he glares at the bull mocking him.

A few meters away, Scarface moves like he's playing a game—kicking, slipping, and striking with sharp sideways palm blows, dropping every bull that charges him.

Scarface: "See? It's not that hard. You just raise your hand gently—"

As he speaks, he prepares to strike another bull.

Scarface: "—and bring it down with force."

The bull takes a heavy hit and collapses unconscious.

Krabi: "Easy for you—not for me."

Scarface: "You wouldn't be saying that if your girl was here watching you."

Krabi: "What?"

Scarface: "I'm talking about the kitty."

Krabi: "So that's why you brought me here?!"

Before he can react—

The bull charges straight at him.

Krabi doesn't dodge in time.

The impact sends him flying backward, smashing into a red stone slab and tumbling across the ground.

Scarface bursts into mocking laughter.

Scarface: "You were careless—that's why you got hit! Hahaha! What a disappointment… a wolf getting beaten this easily.

Are you even a wolf? Or… let me think… a little bunny?"

Krabi shoots back up to his feet, completely enraged now—Scarface's words pushing him to the edge.

Krabi: "Shut up, you stupid lizard!"

The bull prepares a finishing move.

It leaps high into the air, its entire body turning into a living missile, horns aimed down at Krabi.

As it crashes down—

Krabi moves.

A sudden roll to the side—just in time.

The bull slams into the ground with devastating force, shattering the red stone and sending dust and fragments exploding everywhere.

Krabi stands there, breathing heavily.

His hands tremble.

His entire body shakes with rage and adrenaline.

The bull begins to rise again—

—and Krabi steps toward it.

Scarface watches him, laughing under his breath.

Scarface: "Stay right where you are."

Krabi turns his head sharply.

Krabi: "What do you want, idiot?"

Scarface: "Do you feel it?"

Krabi: "Feel what?"

Scarface: "That rage inside you… the anger… the adrenaline."

Krabi's body tenses.

Inside him, something begins to rise.

Memories flood his mind—

the Marshal… the insults… the humiliation…

Scarface's mocking voice—

But none of that burns as much as him.

That wolf.

That twisted doctor.

The sick smile carved into his face.

Those unnatural white eyes.

The blood-stained white clothes.

A dark hospital chamber—walls and floor soaked in blood.

Krabi, strapped to a bed—

The doctor laughing… happily… like it was all a game.

The crack of a rod—

Electricity bursting from its tip—

Striking him. Again. Again.

Other wolves screaming as they're tortured the same way.

The doctor moves between them like a magician…

playing with pain… enjoying every second of it.

Krabi's breath sharpens.

His heart starts pounding harder.

Faster.

The adrenaline surges.

Something changes.

Inside his body, the energy begins to circulate—

electric currents flowing with the rushing blood—

faster… stronger…

Until—

It forms.

A dark mass.

A black, violent sphere of rage deep within him.

Krabi (angry, low voice): "I feel it."

Scarface: "Good. Now calm down… and take control of that energy."

Krabi closes his eyes for a split second.

He tries to steady himself—

and he feels it move.

The energy shifts inside him.

The bull rises again.

It roars—then leaps into the air once more, its entire body turning into a missile aimed straight at Krabi.

From the outside—

Krabi looks calm.

Still.

Relaxed.

But inside—

That dark sphere of rage is screaming like a maddened beast.

The bull descends.

Krabi moves.

He jumps.

Mid-air—

He drives his knee forward—

BOOM.

A direct collision—knee against skull.

At that exact moment—

The black energy surges from within him—

rushing through his body—

channeling into his leg—

and exploding outward on impact.

The force passes through the bull's head—

destroying it from the inside.

The skull shatters.

The horns break apart.

The massive body goes limp—

and crashes down to the ground.

As the black energy begins to fade, Krabi feels his body slowly returning to normal.

The pressure hits him all at once—

He drops to one knee and vomits violently, his whole body trembling.

It feels like every bone inside him has been shattered.

His muscles twitch.

His breathing is uneven.

Heavy.

Painful.

---

Behind him—

Scarface laughs ironically, spinning his black shades lazily between his fingers.

Around him, almost all the bulls lie unconscious, scattered across the red valley like fallen giants.

Scarface: "Had fun, did you?"

Krabi lifts his head slowly.

Exhausted.

Barely standing.

He struggles to keep his balance, his legs shaking as if they might give out at any second.

His vision blurs for a moment—

but he locks his eyes onto Scarface.

Krabi: "How the hell… do you live like this…?"

Scarface slowly puts his glasses back on and walks toward Krabi.

A twisted, ironic, almost demonic smile spreads across his face.

The wind howls softly through the red valley.

For a moment

everything feels still.

Heavy.

Scarface stops right in front of him.

His golden eyes glint faintly behind the dark lenses.

Scarface (low, almost whispering): "I don't live…"

His smile widens just a little.

Scarface: "I'm a walking lizard dead ...
