Finn and Smokes glared at each other with venom in their eyes. The hatred for each other was evident in their movements.
"He's Faster than before. What's going on?!" Finn thought as he paried smoke's attack. Although Smoke's power-up contributed to his strength, it still wasn't enough to handle Finn, as Finn countered every single one of his attacks with little to no effort; it was like a higher-level character fighting a lower-level one.
"Huff!….Huff!…Huff!… Why… is he 'Huff!'… still overwhelming?!" Smoke's asked as he stopped on a rooftop to catch his Breath. Drowsiness was all over his face as he staggered, not of pain but out of his own weakness; he was too tired to move.
"Ha! You're not looking too good over there. You need me to take it easy on you," Finn said, mocking Smoke while laughing at him.
"SHUT UP!…. I" LL KILL YOU!" Smoke yelled, charging towards Finn in a desperate attempt.
Finn easily side-stepped, evading Smoke's attack effortlessly.
"1 minute left, looks like I'll have to wrap things up." Finn thought to himself as the sapphire light that fiercely surrounded him slowly lost its fury; it was now certain that Finn's special skill, 'Hero Time,' had a time limit.
Smoke's attack became less precise and slower; it was as if he were a snail desperately trying to move.
*THACK*… Finn kicked Smoke's to the all with full force, Blood Violently Escaped his lips as he coughed out a large amount of blood.
"I'm Tired, it hurts, please stop, I don't wanna die !.... Brother, where Are You! Please help me!"Smoke said as he desperately tried to crawl away from Finn.
Finn was shocked that the one who had claimed to kill him now crawled on the ground, throwing a childish tantrum.
"I feel like I'm the bad guy here," Finn muttered to himself as he watched smoke crawl away in pity.
"Brother!…Brother!…Brother!…Brother!…Brother!" Smoke yelled as he began to cry; his eyes glowed green for some reason.
Meanwhile, on the surface, Tristan and Rimera bickered over situations like siblings quarreling.
"Miss Rimera, I'm telling you I have to go help them, they could be in danger!" Tristan said as Rimera turned her back on Tristan, her shadow beast held Shadow's head by his hair as he scratched behind its ears like a little dog.
"Master Tristan, my judgment is final, and I shall not endanger you once more," Rimera said as she maintained her composure and gently affirmed her resolve.
"What? But I was part of the mission the school asked me to come—"
"The School never asked such a thing from a weak and helpless child who had just learnt to fight a few days ago. Up till this point, it's been Master Noir who's been feeding your ego by letting you go on such an adventure to make you feel strong while you're not! " Rimera Venomously shot back at Tristan as she exposed the cold truth.
"From my point of view and everyone elses your a helpless orphan who just happened to be a true Vampire!" Rimera said and then quickly shut her mouth, realizing she had exposed a secret that was never meant to be exposed, especially not to Tristan.
For a minute, Tristan remained silent, and then he looked towards Rimera. Rimera said nothing as she gazed into his eyes. He looked sad and Broken.
"Fine, if you want me to leave so badly, then I gladly do so." The motion was swift as he turned around and then walked in the opposite direction. A car pulled up in front of him; it was the same car that Alex drove.
"Alex, take the boy home," Rimera said as she walked toward the hole. Alex, on the other hand, said nothing and opened the door for Tristan as he slowly got in.
Alex drove away, heading toward the mansion.
"Now that he's gone, I can work without worrying about setbacks," Rimera said as she snapped her finger; her shadow beast rushed towards her side, leaning its broad, huge back for her to climb.
"Let's wrap things up!" Rimera said as she got the beast back and they both dove into the hole.
Meanwhile, Galaxy had just reached the top of the steps and was met with a gruesome sight. Before her was a statue made up of dead bodies, and what came out of the dead bodies' mouths was blood; it poured like a fountain, no, maybe it was a fountain, 'The fountain of the dead', one might say.
Beside the fountain stood os he grinned as his mask hid his face and expression.
"Well, well, it's just…the two of us now, what to do?" Os asked with a curious yet playful tone.
"I'll bring you to Justice for the crimes you have committed against the school and its students!"
Galaxy said as she stood her ground, her hands glowed a faint purple.
"Oh, are you seriously thinking of taking me on?!… Know your place, brat!" Os said as he turned serious all of a sudden.
"Say, before I pulverize you, I'd like to know what kind of magic you use?" Os asked, wanting to know the secrets of Galaxy's strength.
"Whether you know my magic or not, it still won't change the outcome, but I guess I'll tell you…The magic I use is Star Magic, got it!" Galaxy said as she smirked, her confidence growing. She expected fear from Os, but her magic was treated with dismissal as Os waved it off.
"Weird, so am I supposed to be scared of you just because of that?" Os asked, treating the magic as something minor.
"You won't be running your mouth for much longer… just wait till I'm done with you," Galaxy said with fierce determination in her eyes.
"You know, I think it was when I was a kid… I was raised by this beautiful woman; she was pretty and nice, and I was still young back then."Os said
"What are you getting at, bastard?" Galaxy said in suspicion, not knowing why he would bother telling her such stories.
"You see, that woman was a Star Magic user. What was her name again?… Aha, I remember what it was … It's Natasha Morningstar." Os said with a twisted expression of joy, his voice sounded so ominous that it could make anyone creep out, but that wasn't what affected Galaxy, no, far from it; what affected her was the mentioning of her late Grandmother's name from the mouth of that Scumbag called Os.
