Breaking Through the Forest
Meanwhile, Burhan, Tono, and Rudin had disembarked from a helicopter on the other side of Mount Merapi.
Once they were on the ground, the helicopter lifted off again, keeping a safe distance to avoid detection by Mariana's men.
Tono: "Let's move!"
Burhan, Rudin, and the team pushed through the undergrowth, following Tono.
Large trees and thick bushes blocked their path. The trail sloped upward. It was tough, but their spirits remained high.
Soon, they spotted a large building in the distance.
Tono stopped them.
Tono: "Hold it! Don't move yet!"
The team froze, weapons ready to fire at any moment.
Burhan: "Are we being watched?"
Rudin reached into his backpack and pulled out binoculars.
Rudin: "No surveillance drones."
Tono studied the terrain, noting that cold air and mountain fog made movement difficult.
Tono: "Your assessment, Rudin?"
Rudin: "No drones over the building. Our position is safe."
Little did they know, the reconnaissance drone had already been taken down by Giono.
Tono: "Let's move!"

Advanced Recon-Combat Drone
Inside the building, Broto's face remained tense. He flicked his cigarette into the ashtray and took another from the pack.
Broto: "Do we still have a drone in storage?"
Mardian nodded.
Broto: "Get it and fly it now."
Mardian nodded and went to the storage room, returning with a large case.
Broto: "Can it be flown immediately?"
Mardian glanced at Broto's anxious, tense face.
Mardian: "It needs assembly, Boss. And Wi-Fi sync between controller and drone."
Broto took a deep breath, puffing thick smoke from his clove cigarette. His face remained tight.
Broto: "Assemble it, fast."
Mardian: "It'll take an hour, Boss. This drone is bigger and more advanced."
Broto: "Then hurry!"
Mardian said nothing and started working quickly, assembling the drone and syncing controls.

Helicopter Ready for Pickup
Meanwhile, at Central Java Regional Police HQ—
Tina sat at a desk, eyes fixed on a satellite-connected tablet.
Nagini sat opposite her, holding a small bottle of mineral water.
Nagini: "When can we catch up with Burhan?"
Tina looked up, adjusted her glasses, and smiled.
Nagini blushed.
Nagini: "I mean… catch up with our team."
Tina smiled again, pointing to the tablet.
Tina: "Take a look, Nagini."
Nagini leaned in, examining the screen. She opened the bottle, took a sip, then closed it again.
Tina: "This dot is our team. And this dot is Mariana's base."
Nagini studied the display carefully.
Nagini: "And the moving dot?"
Tina smiled and explained.
Tina: "That's the helicopter coming to pick us up."
Nagini stared at Tina in disbelief—could Tina really be this good at reading the situation?
Tina: "Relax, Nagini. The helicopter will arrive in about two hours."
