Phillip was the CTO of the largest mechanical engineering firm in the world. One morning, on his way to work, he died in an accident—only to awaken in an alternate Earth as the third son of the Duke of Wellington in the United Kingdom.

But this new world was devoid of modern technology. There was no indoor plumbing, no electricity, no power grids, no appliances, transportation still relied on horse-drawn carriages. To a mechanical engineering genius, living without these conveniences was unbearable. If they didn’t exist, he would build them!

Yet innovation never comes without cost. As Phillip begins introducing modern technology, he finds himself entangled in webs of politics and conspiracy. How will he protect himself from nobles who seek to use him for their own ambitions?
