Cecilia and Ethan considered Miles's pronged strategy, "It makes sense," Cecilia admitted, nodding slowly. "I have the social access, wait..what is your voluntary here, what will you be doing while we are absent."
"Figuring it out how to get answers from the book....." Miles trailed off.
"Agreed," Ethan confirmed, standing up. "It's the most logical way to attack this. I'll head out and get started tracking down those victims now."
Miles gave a decisive nod. "Good. We'll all be meeting back here at the apartment. No other location. So, let's get to work."
Ethan grabbed his coat and left, closing the door and leaving Miles and Cecilia alone in the cramped room.
The investigative atmosphere instantly dissolved, replaced by palpable personal tension. Miles turned to Cecilia, his gaze intense.
