Five barely manages to dodge the cut, only a few small pieces of his hair being cut off, and he gets back up and stands guard, waiting for the next attack.
"Wow, you have good reflexes to have dodged my attack," said Mogi mockingly.
"I admit that was impressive, but don't think I'm seriously afraid of you," said Five.
"Ah... I see, so you want to die right now," said Mogi.
"Let's see who dies first, you idiot, and prove that you're not just all talk," said Five.
Taking advantage of the commotion, Kensaro decides to flee first, breaking the rope that tied him down. He runs away, but Rion crosses his path, stopping him abruptly.
"Ah... hello, how are you? Very well, I see. If you'll excuse me, I need to go to the bathroom for a moment, if it's not too much trouble," said Kensaro, bowing.
"Where do you think you're going? Did you think I'd let you go that easily?" said Rion, putting the blade of his sword to his neck.
"Hey, wait, we can work this out. How about we pretend this never happened," said Kensaro.
"Don't even dream about it, scum," said Rion, slowly bringing the sword closer to his neck.
"Fine, you damn bitch," said Kensaro, pulling a Molotov cocktail out of his shirt sleeve and throwing it.
Rion cut the bottles before they broke and chased Kensaro around the place, but his path was interrupted by Five, who fell in front of him and got up from the ground.
Just then, Mogi attacked again and Five blocked, but something strange happened: Mogi didn't use his electricity this time to get closer, which seemed strange to Five. Why wasn't he doing it?
"Hey, why don't you use your ability to attack me? Your electricity would have been enough to cut me," said Five.
"What does that matter to you? Do you think I'm just like you? We all have limitations," said Mogi.
"I see, I had forgotten that there are some blood abilities that cannot be created artificially in the Meteor Release," thought Mogi.
"He needs to recharge with electricity to activate his ability. It's very limited. People like that are always very limited because they can't exploit the full potential of that ability. Luckily, it can always be improved, but it seems he's still a novice at this," thought Mogi.
"Well, I'd better attack now with my ability," thought Mogi.
Just as Five prepared to attack, something hit him—a bottle that Kensaro had thrown. Kensaro laughed from behind, while Rion looked at him with resignation.
"This idiot is serious right now," Five muttered as he recovered.
"Damn it, you owed me a second," Five thought just as he saw Mogi near a lamppost.
Mogi cut the lamppost with his katana blade and grabbed the wires with his hand, and his whole body began to receive many electric shocks, and Mogi managed to recharge his ability.
"Now let's see if he can take this," said Mogi, causing a amount of electrical energy to accumulate in his finger.
Mogi shoots an electric bolt from his fingers. Five and Rion dodge it, but the bolt hits Kensaro, who was too far away to move in time because the attack was too fast.
"Damn, I thought that would be the end of me if I got hit by that," thought Rion.
"Hey, don't get distracted. Go see if the guy is okay because I don't think he'll have the patience to wait for us," said Five.
Rion went to inspect Kensaro's body when he saw him. His whole body was damaged, and he was still conscious, but due to his injuries, he would likely die soon.
"Shit, the only clue, damn it, this is that guy's fault. Shit! ... Shit! ...
SHIT!" thought Rion.
Just as Rion was thinking about everything, he was almost cut down by Mogi, but Five blocked the attack and repelled him, pushing Mogi aside and taking a breath before advancing.
"Hey, if you have nothing to do here, go with the other two you came with," said Five, advancing quickly toward Mogi.
Rion decides to leave to inform his group that the mission has failed, while Five and Mogi fight in a clash of swords. At a crucial moment, the two collide with some columns and they fall.
Mogi and Five dodge them and then take a step back, both catching their breath. They stand watching each other as a dense aura of death envelops them both. They get into position to attack at the same time.
"If I remember correctly, Meteor Liberation doesn't have branches, but there is something else: some abilities cannot be generated artificially because blood cannot replicate them like others can," thought Five in attack position.
"I know very well that people with abilities like that are known as conductors because their ability serves as a conduit, so with that attack, he must have used up a lot of stored energy," thought Mogi tensely.
"Then it's time to push him to the limit so he can use up his strength!" thought Mogi, launching himself into the attack, biting his hand to draw blood and activate his ability.
A technical battle ensued, and Mogi with his electricity and Five with his fire in his katanas made an attack that collided between the two, and a very loud sound was heard.
The two continue their attacks at the same time, counterattacking, but little by little, Cinco's efforts pay off and Mogi slowly loses energy.
In a final attack, Mogi attempts a quick cut at Cinco, who barely dodges but ends up suffering a cut on his chest. Luckily, he dodged in time and it's not too serious.
Cinco uses his fire to make Mogi back off, but Mogi uses all his remaining electrical energy in a final attack and with a quick blow to the sword sends Cinco's katana flying.
But Cinco doesn't hesitate for a minute and steps forward, taking Mogi's katana, but Mogi kicks it away, and now neither of them has a weapon in their hands.
So this will be decided in a battle of techniques. Five is confident because he knows many martial arts, but Mogi suddenly surprises him with a blow to the face.
Five wonders how Mogi managed to learn his katana fighting style and also how to fight with his bare hands in all the fights he had with Five.
They have a happy clash of bare-knuckle fighting, and Mogi manages to do a lot of damage to Cinco, but Cinco reacts and counterattacks, managing to get away from Mogi a little.
But in a final flurry, each blocking every blow from their opponent in front of them, they hit each other simultaneously and are knocked back.
Five falls near his katana, and Mogi also falls near his katana. The two pick them up and begin a new fight, an impressive clash between the two.
At one point, Five uses his katana technique, moving forward and making Mogi believe that the weapon has disappeared, but it is on the other side. However, Mogi blocks the attack and has another technique that he has learned.
It turns out that throughout this fight, Five tried to learn this sword style, which was one in which, with good precision, he was able to draw the katana faster and make a very quick and strong attack.
Narrator: "That style is known as the IA Puritan White Soul style, a style capable of making a very fast and precise attack with tremendous precision and balanced force. Only a few know the techniques, and many who try to learn it take years to master it," said the narrator, finishing his explanation.
Mogi tries the technique for the first time but fails. However, he ends up performing a half technique that has the same power, which means he is close to learning the technique faster than Five.
"Damn, what do I do now? If I let him go free any longer, he'll learn a lot. I have no choice but to go all out," thought Five.
He attacks relentlessly with his fire and deceives Mogi, but Mogi anticipates this and blocks each of Five's attacks. However, in a last desperate outburst, Five reveals that he has fallen into his trap.
Right next to Mogi, two fireballs appear. Mogi cuts one with his katana and blocks the other with his hand, but Five cuts him all over his body.
"You were a good fighter, I admire you, but I win. With that, I bid you farewell," said Five, leaving.
More fire appears on either side of Mogi, causing an explosion that Mogi takes the full brunt of.
A few minutes later, Rebecca arrives at the alleyway because of the explosion and sees Mogi's body lying there. She checks him and wonders if he is alive.
"He's dead. He lost to that boy, Mogi. It can't be. You really lost your life, co..." said Rebecca, pausing for a moment to laugh.
"Ha... Ha... Ha... Hahahahaha," laughed Mogi.
"Oh, you're alive!" cried Rebecca in surprise.
"This was so much fun, I can't wait to face him again," said Mogi excitedly.
"Are you seriously thinking about that in this situation?" said Rebecca emphatically.
"What does it matter? I'm fine, I just need to rest and regain some strength. Ha... Ha... Ha..." said Mogi as he laughed but slowly fell to the ground.
"You're hopeless. I'll have to take you to get your wounds treated," said Rebecca, grabbing him and leaning him on her shoulder before he fell.
Rebecca carries Mogi, supporting him while he rests a little on her shoulder.
