"How?" he cried out in shock while jumping to his feet, his gear instantly materializing and covering his body in response to the perceived threat. He was completely shocked by her sudden appearance.
The city had extensive defensive measures specifically designed to prevent people from just teleporting inside the protected zones. Hell, the entire city was surrounded by similar anti-teleportation wards and barriers, so how had she bypassed all of them? His eyes began glowing an ominous red color, activating his eye ability that allowed him to see and read Chu Yin's complete stats.
[Name: Chu Yun

"Shut up and stop wasting my time with pointless questions. Charge up your strongest attack right now, and attack me with everything you have. I don't want you to walk away later with some pathetic illusion or excuse that you only lost today because I didn't let you go all out and use your full power." Chu Yin said softly, though her voice carried an edge of ice-cold steel beneath the calm tone.
"You arrogant little... but you're beautiful, I have to admit. I can't wait to see you writhing beneath me," he said with an openly lustful look spreading across his features, his eyes roaming over her body with undisguised desire. Chu Yin responded with a light laugh that held no real humor.
"Keep dreaming those pathetic fantasies, because you can never make that a reality in any timeline or universe," Chu Yin said with casual dismissiveness, her tone almost bored. "After all, you're fundamentally weak compared to me."
Andrei naturally wasn't going to tolerate such blatant disrespect, and without holding back even slightly, he immediately unleashed his power of destruction at full strength. Instantly, all logic and reason within the immediate area were destroyed and unmade.
He specifically aimed to completely destroy Chu Yin's powers at their very source, intending to leave her as nothing but a powerless normal person stripped of all her abilities. Yet to his absolute shock and growing horror, Chu Yin stood there completely unaffected by his powers, not even a hair out of place.
"Well, I gave you a fair chance to prove yourself. You're clearly one of those people who has never actually fought another SSS-tier talent before and has grown pathetically arrogant because of it." Chu Yin observed while taking a single step forward. Instantly, the entire room froze over completely, ice spreading in all directions from her position.
The air became so chillingly cold that it burned to breathe. Everything, whether living or not, froze solid and died in that instant—even the terrified females who had been lying on the bed watching this confrontation unfold were turned into frozen statues mid-scream.
"You humans are so disappointingly weak," Chu Yin said with genuine disdain. Her pupils visibly shifted and transformed into those of a dragon while her teeth sharpened into deadly points.
Andrei stumbled backward involuntarily, horrified by what he was experiencing and witnessing. His desperate attempts to destroy the spreading ice failed completely and utterly. His powers were supposed to destroy everything without exception; they ignored combat power entirely, since even abstract concepts like a person's existence, their past, their future, and everything in between could be destroyed by his ability. So why? Why wasn't the ice being destroyed like everything else?
"I froze my own existence at a fundamental level. I'm completely immune to everything: death, the passage of time, physical harm, conceptual attacks, and even absolute destruction itself. No matter what you do, no matter what you try to destroy in an attempt to find some clever loophole around my defenses, it's utterly pointless. My ice shields me from it all without exception." She explained softly, her voice almost gentle as she delivered his death sentence.
Andrei's face twisted with pure horror, and he desperately wanted to flee from this nightmare. But when he tried to access the energy he needed to push himself away and run, he discovered that even that energy had been frozen solid and was completely inaccessible to him.
"Now, the power of destruction is far too useful and dangerous an ability to simply ignore or waste," she said with a cold smile spreading across her beautiful features.
Moments later, the scene had transformed dramatically. Andrei could now be seen on all four legs like an animal, completely naked with a humiliating ice chain wrapped around his neck. He kneeled submissively before Chu Yin, who sat regally upon an elaborate ice throne, her position overlooking the entire city which was now firmly under her complete control.
"You would all be good boys for me, right?" Chu Yin asked with a deceptively sweet smile. Her high-heeled shoe slammed down brutally on Andrei's face, pinning it forcefully against the frozen ground beneath them.
Andrei didn't dare to resist even slightly, still utterly horrified by the torture he had just endured—torture so overwhelming and psychologically devastating that the author couldn't bring themselves to write the details explicitly. Just know this with certainty: if Chu Yin wanted her ice to break you on every conceivable level, physical and mental and spiritual, then it absolutely would break you beyond any hope of recovery.
"N-no, we submit!" The others in the room quickly dropped to their knees without hesitation, absolutely not wanting to remotely experience even a fraction of what Andrei had been forced to endure.
"Good boys, I'm glad you understand the situation. Now my pet dog here would look after you all and manage things while I'm gone. I made sure to train him thoroughly and properly... isn't that true, boy?" She asked with a pleasant tone, and Andrei quickly and obediently stuck his rear end out in response.
Like a trained dog, he began to swing it enthusiastically from side to side, creating a sight that might make uninformed people think she had done something inappropriate to his rear, but that wasn't the case at all.
"Good boy," Chu Yin said approvingly, rising gracefully from her throne and preparing to head off to deal with the person who looked remarkably similar to Seth. She was the one Chu Yin believed was most likely behind orchestrating this coordinated monster attack. Oh, don't make the mistake of looking at the fact that she defeated Andrei with such apparent ease as proof that she was simply overpowered beyond all reason.
The truth was that Andrei simply wasn't sharp or creative enough in his thinking. Using her Omni Ice shield to freeze her own existence consumed enormous amounts of mana continuously. If Andrei had simply pushed forward relentlessly and forced her to keep the shield active for an extended period, Chu Yin would have eventually been forced to fight with absolutely everything she had at her disposal.
Although she still would have won in the end thanks to the overwhelming versatility and applications she could accomplish with her ice abilities, it would have been a far more difficult battle.
She focused her power and created an Ice Mirror intended to connect to Seth's look-alike, then frowned deeply when the mirror surface refused to properly form and stabilize. So the man had constructed a significantly better defensive shield than Andrei had possessed.
Her eyes narrowed dangerously for a moment as she channeled her Omni Ice, commanding it to reform and adapt itself repeatedly to find some way to bypass his protective barrier. But no matter what variations the ice attempted or what approaches it took, every single attempt failed completely.
'So he is genuinely creative with his defenses,' she thought with grudging respect. Andrei could have theoretically used his power of destruction to destroy the very concept or reason that people could enter his domain without permission. But he had been far too foolish and lacking in imagination to think of implementing such a creative defense, which is precisely why she had been able to enter his territory with such ease.
Sighing in mild frustration, she commanded Andrei to use his destruction power to assist her efforts. The two of them combining their powers together was just barely enough to forcefully create and stabilize the mirror connection, finally allowing her to see through to the man who looked like Seth. He was standing up from his desk, clearly alerted to the intrusion.
[Name: Stephen Williams.
Race: Fire Primordial Bloodline
Talent: Omni Fire (SSS Rank)
Title: [Blessed By The Gods Of Fire], [One out of the 18 people with an SSS rank Talent], [Born Genius]
Tier: 1 Tier (1/1,000,000,000 XP)
Combat Power: 10 million (+50% with Gear/x3 in Territory./??? With Omni Fire)
"Do you by chance know a man named Seth?" Chu Yin asked softly, her tone deceptively casual. Her question caused Stephen to raise an eyebrow in surprised curiosity.
"How do you know my loser of a brother?" Stephen asked with genuine confusion evident in his voice and expression.
"Loser of a brother? I find it extremely difficult to believe my husband is a loser in any sense of that word... that's even more true when I directly compare the two of you side by side." Chu Yin said flatly, her words causing Stephen's eyebrow to raise even higher for a brief moment before a confident smile spread across his features.
"I'm willing to form a binding oath with you that I can definitively show you I'm better than him in every way that matters," he said with a charming smile that he clearly believed was irresistible, making Chu Yin's expression shift into a light frown of distaste.
"We can arrange to do it right before his eyes if you want that humiliation. I will let you take the lead and control the pace, just like with the last one," Stephen said softly with complete confidence, clearly expecting her to be swayed.
Chu Yin nodded lightly, which made Stephen's eyebrow raise slightly as he was caught off guard by how easy this negotiation was proving to be. His brother was truly a pathetic loser if his wife was this easy to manipulate.
"Going forward, I want you to begin a full-scale war against his empire immediately. Suppress their growth at all costs and by any means necessary. I will be making this my personal domain going forward from this moment. I will not leave or abandon this position until I see your empire completely fall and burn to ashes," she said coldly, her tone shifting completely. Her words made Stephen jolt in shock as his pupils shrank, and Andrei nodded instantly, too scared to disappoint her.
[A/N: I find it weird with how high Chu Yin's mastery of her power is... weird, right? Seth played a loyal, but not by much. Her ice also seems a bit too powerful... weird.]
