Lucius Solace roared internally, his attacks becoming more ferocious, but to no avail. The Golden-eyed Blood Corpse was impervious to weapons and fire alike, and Lucius's intense Fist Force struck its body with no effect.
Instead, Lucius had to constantly avoid the claws of the Blood Corpse, a single misstep could mean being torn apart.
Sizzle!
After a dozen more exchanges, the Blood Corpse landed a claw strike on Lucius. Despite his frantic evasion, he was left with several wounds on his body, blood streaming down.
Roar!
Having hit its mark, the Blood Corpse let out a frenzied roar, madly pouncing toward Lucius.
Lucius's face was ashen.
"Damn, kid, one day, I'll make sure there's no place for you to rest in peace."
Lucius growled in anger, then turned to dash down the mountain.
"Take care. Not seeing you off!"
Marshall Morgan waved, smiling brightly as he spoke.
Lucius nearly tripped in anger, his body trembling with rage, almost spewing blood.
