Ryōsuke laughed upon hearing Drake's words.
"Are you truly certain they have the right to do so?"
"Didn't they steal the authority of the Great Kingdom? And what exactly is the Void Century?"
"Aren't you the least bit curious about the truth hidden within, the true secrets of this world?"
Everyone present was stunned. Lead Performer King was especially shocked.
To think this lord viewed the Celestial Dragons in such a way. Indeed, the Celestial Dragons were the greatest sin in this world.
They were a hundred times more evil than pirates like them.
He was a Lunarian, a race that once lived on the Red Line before being completely wiped out by the Celestial Dragons. He himself had even been subjected to human experimentation.
Fortunately, Kaido had rescued him.
He could hardly conceal the rage in his heart toward the Celestial Dragons.
Feeling a surge of excitement, he wondered if this lord intended to make a move against them. He asked, "My Lord, are you planning to attack the Celestial Dragons?"
Ryōsuke smiled. "That's hard to say. If they dare to provoke me, I wouldn't mind wiping them out."
The crowd below was astounded. What were the Celestial Dragons?
They were the rulers of the world, far more formidable than the New World ruled by the Four Emperors.
This lord's audacity was beyond their wildest imaginations.
Kaido's blood was also boiling.
This was even more badass than Captain Rocks back in the day.
Back then, Captain Rocks had wanted to destroy the Celestial Dragons and seize the world.
It felt like this kid had ambitions similar to Captain Rocks.
Now that was truly interesting.
For years, the world had been far too peaceful, filled with nothing but petty squabbles.
It completely lacked the thrilling excitement of the past.
Even the Summit War was just a minor scuffle; the Marines were only facing a weakened Whitebeard.
Yamato, however, was a bit confused and asked Ulti beside her, "Ulti, who are the Celestial Dragons? Why is everyone so shocked?"
Ulti looked at her in disbelief. "Yamato, how can you not even know about the Celestial Dragons? They are the rulers of this world."
"But I have a feeling that Lord Ryōsuke will be the true ruler of this world in the future, owning the entire world."
Lord Ryōsuke definitely had the ability to achieve it. After all, beating up Lord Kaido was an absolute breeze, easier than a father disciplining his son.
Yamato was completely stunned. The rulers of the world? Why did it feel like Ryōsuke had turned into someone she barely recognized?
He felt incredibly unfamiliar.
After all, they had only known each other for less than a week.
She really wanted to understand him a bit more.
X Drake was completely frozen.
The Celestial Dragons might actually be usurpers?
But if he joined the Marines to protect them, didn't that make him an accomplice to their tyranny?
However, he couldn't be entirely sure of the other party's claims; after all, it was just a one-sided story.
What shocked him even more was that this man was confident enough to drag the Celestial Dragons down from their thrones.
It gave him goosebumps all over. If that happened, the world would truly be turned upside down.
If he hadn't seen this man fight with his own eyes, he never would have believed it.
But now, he had no choice but to believe.
Ryōsuke looked at the dazed Drake and said in dissatisfaction, "Alright, there's no need to waste time on a nobody like you. Hurry up and give me an answer. Are you staying with the Marines or joining my empire?"
"I don't want a traitor among my own people."
Drake struggled with the decision.
On one hand, he was a Marine. Naturally, he hoped for world peace; that had always been his dream.
But today, he might have touched upon the truth of the world.
Being a Marine had always felt a bit stifling because it meant submitting to the Celestial Dragons.
Like most Marines, he had simply buried that frustration deep in his heart, avoiding the subject.
But now that this man had laid it bare, he suddenly felt that being a Marine wasn't all that meaningful anymore.
He looked at the lord before him. "My Lord, what can you bring to this world?"
This lord had already decided that the Beast Pirates would no longer be pirates, but would instead form an empire. He wondered what changes this would bring to the world—perhaps they would be positive.
Ryōsuke smiled and said, "I don't intend to bring anything to this world. I just want to do things that make me happy. Understand?"
Drake felt a bit speechless. *What a capricious monarch.*
However, a person like this might actually pull it off. With that absolute martial prowess, he could overthrow the greatest evil—the Celestial Dragons.
Moreover, since this man was no longer a pirate, he probably wouldn't be that evil either.
If he returned to the Marines, he couldn't see any real path to restoring true peace to the world.
Even if the Marines killed every last pirate, could they eliminate the Celestial Dragons?
Obviously, that was impossible.
He sighed and decided to stay and observe.
The only person capable of changing the world was probably this mysterious man.
"My Lord, I am willing to completely abandon my identity as a Marine and join the empire."
Naturally, Ryōsuke didn't refuse. "Good. Remember your promise. Don't be a backstabber; I hate backstabbers the most."
Queen the Plague was still a bit displeased. "My Lord, are we really just going to let him off? This guy voluntarily joined our Beast Pirates in the past, yet he turned out to be an undercover spy."
Ryōsuke said nonchalantly, "That's not something you need to worry about. Just follow orders."
Queen had no choice but to drop the matter.
Ryōsuke looked at everyone present and moved on to the next matter.
"Next, I will announce the second matter. I am preparing for a marriage alliance."
"The targets of this marriage alliance are Princess Vivi of the Alabasta Kingdom, Reiju of the Germa Family in the North Blue, Princess Rebecca of the Dressrosa Kingdom, Princess Shirahoshi of Fish-Man Island, and the Pirate Empress of Amazon Lily, Boa Hancock."
"Kaido, you will be in charge of notifying them. Any objections?"
The crowd below was completely dumbfounded. He was going to marry five world-famous beauties at the same time! They were dying of envy.
Yamato frowned. This guy was chasing women again, and so many at once! She was furious.
So many women were coming to steal her man.
Kaido also frowned. "You're not trying to use this to expand your power, are you? I'm afraid they won't agree."
"Especially that Pirate Empress."
Ryōsuke said indifferently, "So what if they don't agree? Can they even resist? Just bring them to me directly."
"Of course, that Pirate Empress is a bit tricky. Just tell her that if she doesn't want the secret on her back exposed, and if she doesn't want the entire Amazon Lily destroyed, she better come obediently."
Kaido was shocked. Good kid! It seemed he had blackmail material on the Empress. Moreover, he was even more tyrannical than a former pirate like him—just directly snatching whatever he wanted.
