Uchiha Makoto rose without hesitation.

You say I trained hard but was still treated as a small fry, killed in battle by a mere shuriken—why don’t you look at that? Damn it! I reconciled with Hashirama, I led the Uchiha to shake hands with the Senju, I made peace—and still this is the result! What else could I have done?”

His eyes burned with madness as he shouted, “You’re driving me insane! Speak! Look into my eyes!”
