The atmosphere stung with tension,the familiar smell of drugs and Sterile scent of disinfectant bounced through the walls.
Andrea was seated in a chair outside the room charlotte was admitted into,tears clinging to her cheeks,Liam patting her back softly.
"She's going to be okay"Liam whispered,his hand rubbing Andrea's back gently.
As much as Andrea wanted to believe Liam words,she couldn't.
Andrea and charlotte have been friends all their life's and Andrea had never seen charlotte turn pale before.
Charlotte was the strong one,who barely got sick even when everyone was getting the flu back in high school,charlotte didn't get it so what could be wrong now? Andrea thought to herself as more tears spilled down her eyes,her tiny arms clinging tighter to Liam's chest,his cologne flaring through her nostrils.

The door opened from behind them,making them turn their head to the door,a man dressed in a white coat emerged from inside,his gray eyes holding a sad glint.
Luciana ran towards him before he could walk to where Liam and Andrea were seated
"Is she alright?" Luciana asked,her voice low and shaky,her puppy brown eyes scanning the doctor for an answer
"I'm afraid not. Your friend overdosed on succinylcholine and is currently in a coma" The doctor blurted,diverting his gaze to Liam
"You're Liam Walton"The doctor pointed,taking long steps yo where Liam and Andrea were seated
"Not now"Liam warned,his tone low and firm,a huge contrast to the calm expression on his face
A shiver ran through the doctor's spine,walking back to Luciana
Luciana couldn't believe her ears,she was rendered speechless by the doctor,her eyes burning with unshed tears,her heart beating rapidly in her chest,her throat blazing with thirst.
Luciana had everything carefully planned out:Andrea was supposed to be the one, being rushed to the hospital,Andrea was supposed to be the one laying in that bed,stuck in a coma not charlotte.
How could this happen? Luciana thought to her self,her vision turning blurry
The drugged chicken was served to Andrea not charlotte so why's charlotte,the one who got admitted.
"I'm sorry miss,we would try everything to bring her out of the coma"The doctor's voice Snapped Luciana out of her reverie
Anger shot through Luciana's veins as she marched towards Andrea,yanking her off Liam.
Luciana has had enough of Andrea and she had to do something.
"What did you do?"Luciana yelled,her voice roaring through the hall
Andrea was utterly confused,her brain was finding it hard to process was Luciana had just asked,the only thing buzzing through Andrea's mind was charlotte and what the doctor said.
"Are you going to stand there and say nothing? Bitch,charlotte is in here because of you so I advice you speak up" Luciana yelled again,her voice louder than before.

More doors opened,revealing more faces,some dressed in white coats and nurse gowns while others dressed casually.
They all stood close to the door,watching the scene unfold
"That's enough"Liam pulled Andrea close to him,patting her gently,his eyebrows knotted in rage as his eyes scanned Luciana with disgust.
Liam lost it when Luciana laid her hands on his Andrea and he tried his best to keep his cool for Andrea's sake, because she wouldn't want him loosing his cool but Luciana went too far when she decided to utter those bitter words to his Angel.
Andrea was a kind hearted woman,who loved everyone around her,she didn't have it in her,to poison another.
How dare Luciana accuse his angel.
"Of course"a bitter laugh escaped Luciana's lips
"You're going to take her side like you always do,deep down,you know she did it,just like she tried to have her way with the kid back then" Luciana spat angrily,her veins burning with anger.
