"Hands in the air" A voice roared through the room, Luciana face went pale, expression tense, as she watched the door crack open, flying to the side
Luciana tossed the knife on the floor, the metal sound echoing off the walls
Luciana was trying to steady her breathing and keep her hands from shaking at the sight of the cops in front of her.
She'd heard horrible stories about jail and she didn't want to witness any of it
"I d…dint do do anything, I'm the victim" Luciana tried to steady her tone but it was to no avail, her hands were shaky and confusion filled her lungs.
She warned Liam not to involve the police, she thought she had him right where she wanted him but he double crossed her
How could he betray her like this?
The room was surrounded with about ten cops, they circled Luciana and Andrea, there guns all pointed to Luciana, one wrong move and she could lose her life
"Hands in the air" The same masculine voice from earlier yelled, taking slow calculative steps towards Luciana, his pupils sharpened, focusing like a camera lens locking on a target.
The cop searched Luciana, when he was sure she had no weapons, he brought out a set of handcuffs from his pocket and placed them around her hands
"You can't do this, do you know who my father is?" Luciana spat, trying to wiggle her way out of the cops hold but he wasn't budging, the grip he had on her arm was too strong
"Ma'am, I advice you stay quiet, anything you say or do might be used against you in the court of law" The cop stated, his voice low and firm as he dragged Luciana towards the cracked door
"No, let go of me, I've never met this woman in my life" Luciana yelled
"But this footage says otherwise" A familiar voice boomed through the air, followed by footsteps
Luciana froze,eyes widening as shock overtook her.
Liam was standing behind Charlotte, one hand hanging loosely on her wheel chair, the other holding up his phone
Luciana throat went dry as she watched the video she sent to Liam minutes ago, in the video, she had a knife tracing Andrea's bruised skin
Luciana clenched her jaw, her eyes brows knotted in rage
How could Liam do this to her?
She'd given him everything, she already had all her father's shares and properties moved to his name and the only reason she kidnapped Andrea was to protect him, Luciana was aware of Andrea and Lucas plan and she was only trying to kill Andrea first before she gets the chance to kill Liam and yet this is the thanks she gets?

"That has to be Ai generated, I would never do that" Luciana yelled
"It's over Luciana, no more lies" Charlotte said, her eyes scanning Luciana with disappointment
Charlotte was very well aware of the plan she had with Luciana to eliminate Andrea but she never thought Luciana had it in her to carry out such a cruel plan.
Only a psycho would do such a thing
"This was her idea, she paid me to do everything "
Luciana thought Charlotte was on her side but she's obviously wrong, one thing is certain, if Luciana goes down, she's dragging Charlotte with her
"How can someone who was sick with a coma possibly pay you?" Liam asked, he tilted his head, brow wrinkling.
"Cops take her away" Charlotte commanded and the cop nodded dragging her out of the room, the rest trailing behind them
Andrea mustered her last strength and yelled "Liam". Her head was blazing with pain, each pulse sending sharp jolts through her skull, her eye lids grew heavy and she gave in to the darkness
"Andrea" Liam yelled running towards Andrea and scanning her face, he placed a hand on her chest and he couldn't feel a thud, his senses went numb as he kept tapping her, shaking her pofesely
"Please Andrea wake up" Liam pleaded, his voice breaking with tears
Liam couldn't bear to lose Andrea, she was the light to his life and he couldn't imagine his life without her
The tears gushed out of his eyes as his hand kept roaming around Andrea's chest, desperately searching for a beat
"Call an ambulance" Liam yelled, his tears dropping on Andrea's bruised face.
Andrea's once radiate face was red with scars and bruises, her once tiny pink lips were now busted, swollen and red, a thin line of blood glistening at the corner of her mouth.
He should've come earlier, he should've called the cops, he should've never left her side in the hospital but he did
He was blinded by revenge, he didn't think twice before leaving Andrea's side now look what he had caused
Andrea was in this position because of him
Andrea was hurt because of him just like his mother was killed because of him
Liam would never be able to glance at himself again if he loses Andrea
More tears poured out his eyes as he hugged Andrea tightly to himself
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" Liam pleaded, placing wet kisses all over her face
The sound of sirens took over as men wearing white entered the room, carrying Andrea out and into the car, Liam followed behind, dragging Charlotte with him.

Andrea was rushed into the theatre room, the nurses holding Liam back before locking the doors. Through the small window, he watched them move around her, his stomach churning with fear. Andrea laid motionless on the bed, her arms resting by her sides like a fragile doll drained of life.
"Andrea is one of the strongest people I know, she would fight this and come out victorious" Charlotte said, her sweet melodic voice calming Liam's nerves a bit
He looked at Charlotte, His gaze softened, melting at the edges.
"Do you really think so?" Liam asked, his eyes glossy with tears as they went from the theater room to Charlotte.
"Yeah" Her lower lip trembled, courage slipping.
Liam bent and wrapped his arms tightly around Charlotte, her fruity scent filling his nostrils as he cried into her chest, Charlotte ran her hand through his hair as few tears slipped from her eyes.
Charlotte had never seen Andrea so fragile and weak and she was scared, unsure if her friend was going to make it out alive or not.
