He had two theories about this world and why it was like this.
One was that this entire setting was some sort of fake front to confuse others and hide the Chaos Source Codex.
Or it could be the wish of someone who wanted a normal world where there were no evolvers.
For instance, an Earth transmigrator.
From what he had observed, this seemed like some sort of fantasy. Someone wanting to live in a world similar to Earth after losing it.
The so-called Overseer might just be doing exactly that.
Of course, he still believed the former theory more. The one where someone was trying to protect the Chaos Source Codex.
Whatever it was, this person was clearly dangerous.
They seemed to have great importance in this world, even going to the point of directly intervening to stop a nuclear explosion.
But doesn't that mean he just needed to cause some next-level disaster and the Overseer would come down?
That was certainly possible.
But then again, why would he do that?
