The better the fate of the people living inside an Inner World, the better their talent would become. With greater talent came a higher chance of transcendence, and greater transcendence would ultimately lead to a more stable generation of World Force.
Of course, Chaos Power could achieve something similar.
However, its effectiveness and potency would be far lower compared to Fate Power.
Fate itself was illusory.
Under normal circumstances, there was no definite way to find or obtain it. It was an ultimate force that transcended even the space-time continuum.
Hence, it couldn't be found through ordinary means.
However, Grey was certain that some kind of artifact or similar object containing Fate Power existed somewhere.
It could be hidden in Hell.
Or perhaps somewhere within the endless reality.
Either way, Grey needed information.
