Simon grinned.
"I'm so pumped!."

"I can't wait… This is our first mission as a team with Connor and Ethan."
"Yeah." Ethan laughed.

Across from them, Ethan looked slightly tense.
Connor, on the other hand, barely cared about what was happening around him.
He simply commented on Khaled's plan.
"Keep them busya?" he muttered.
"…I don't think anyone's staying alive."

Inside the basketball arena.
Khaled, Simon, and Hana stood among the wreckage.

The bodies of Victor's guards were scattered everywhere.
Connor stood in the corner—face splattered with blood.
His saw-like teeth were exposed.
His dragon-like white eyes glowed.
With blue scales covering his body and adamantium claws, he leapt onto one of Victor's men—
And ripped his guts open.
Connor roared.
"WRAAAAAAAH!"

Inside the arena, the task force began escorting the captured mutants through an emergency exit.
Diego started forcing his way through the crowd to follow them.
Kaz was still advancing through the arena—his flames blazing.

"Calm down, man. You're killing people."

Simon was still dodging Kaz's flames.
"Stand still, you insect!" Kaz shouted.
Simon flashed from place to place, breathing heavily.
"This is exhausting…"
Then he called out:
"I'm here to help, man. Let's talk."
"Talk?" Kaz sneered.
"What do you want to talk about? Your sister?"
Simon suddenly stopped at a safe distance.
"I'm not your enemy."
"Then why are you stopping me, idiot?!"
Simon thought quickly.
Fine… I'll end this now.
He rushed forward again.
Then began circling Kaz at insane speed.
A ring of blinding flashes surrounded him.
The movement sucked the air around Kaz.
Kaz's flames flickered… then died.
"You bastard…!" Kaz gasped.
"That was my only chance… and you wasted my time…"
Kaz collapsed unconscious from lack of oxygen.
Simon stopped in front of him.
"Chance…?" he murmured.
"…What was he trying to do?"

Ethan stepped directly into their path.
Water rings spun around him.
Five soldiers raised their rifles and opened fire.
"Keep him busy!" one shouted.
Other soldiers rushed the mutants toward the trucks.
Ethan formed a wall of water, blocking the bullets.
Meanwhile, Diego slipped past them and followed the others outside.

Samado was placed in another vehicle.
Soyo was loaded into a third, large vehicle.

Boris crashed into them like a wrecking ball.
"Surprise!"

He threw open the doors.
Then he ran to the vehicle carrying Soyo.
In the distance, he heard police sirens approaching.

"This is going to get ugly in minutes… I need to leave now."
He stole the vehicle holding Soyo and sped away.

When Diego looked into the rearview mirror, he saw why.
The Frog Twins had awakened.
And they were destroying everyone.

Khaled finally caught up to Victor and the guards protecting him.

He shot the foot of the other guard.
The man collapsed screaming.
Victor ran again—now protected by only two guards.
They turned a corner.
The hallway ahead was covered in blood.
One guard's severed head lay on the ground.
Bloody handprints covered the walls.
Bodies were ripped apart.
Victor froze in terror.
"Who the hell are these people…?!"
"What do they want from me?!"

Before they could reach the exit—
Connor suddenly dropped from the ceiling, landing on all fours.
Victor and his guards froze.
Connor slowly stood.
He tilted his head sideways in a disturbing way.
A huge grin revealed his saw-like teeth.
His eyes were completely white—except for a thin black line in the middle.
"Leaving your own party without saying goodbye?" he mocked.
Victor whispered in horror.
"What kind of monster is that…?"
The two guards opened fire with their rifles.
Bullets struck Connor's blue armored scales.
They sparked loudly.
But Connor didn't move.
The magazines ran empty.
Connor smiled.
"What? Out of ammo?"
"…My turn."
He roared and leapt onto one guard—
Tearing him apart while the man screamed.
Victor ran to the exit door, shaking with fear as he tried to open it.
It wouldn't budge.

Then froze when he saw what Connor had done.

Connor was about to attack the last guard—

Connor was hurled across the corridor, smashing into the exit door Victor had tried to open.

Connor stood up, rubbing his head.
"Ah… don't tell me you missed again. Just like in the mine!"
Victor, cowering in the corner, heard the word mine.

Khaled rushed forward and stopped Connor before he killed the last guard.
Connor snapped angrily.

While they argued—
Victor stood up.
Still shaking, he slammed the door repeatedly until it finally opened.
Then he ran.
One surviving guard followed him.
Outside, Boris was far away guarding the main entrance.
Victor staggered toward one of his cars.
"They planned this from the beginning…"
"Who the hell are these demons?!"
His hands trembled.

Back inside, Connor noticed Victor escaping.

"They know cops are just toys to me."

Two police trucks arrived.

"What did you bring?"
The back doors opened.
103 Robots stepped out.
Two of them advanced toward Boris in perfect formation.
Their cameras locked onto him.
They began analyzing.
"Gender: male. Estimated age: 21–23."
"Health: radiation exposure."
"Mental state: anxious, defensive posture."
"Ability: iron skin."
"Conclusion: subject can be neutralized with electric current."
The machines raised their weapons.
"Place your hands behind your head and kneel without resistance."
Boris suddenly charged.
But the robots reacted faster.
They fired electrified cables that wrapped around him.
A massive electric current surged through his body.
Boris collapsed, convulsing.
"How… did that happen?!"
His skin reverted to normal.
