~~~ [START]
The door to the broken-down cottage was already open, so Wednesday just walked in, with Ash following behind her.
She dropped her bag to the floor, allowing Hand, who had been sleeping in it, to crawl out with all fives.
Wednesday's eyes looked around, trying their hardest to find something.
"Nothing," she said, looking back toward Ash, who was drawing closer.
"Well…" Ash pondered, eyes drifting behind her, "I wouldn't call him nothing."
"What are you doing here, little girls?" an old man wearing rags said, getting up from the corner and stepping into view.
"Yeah, man," Ash shook his head, sighing at the man's sentence. "I know I'm good-looking, but I'm not a girl."
"Thing," Wednesday suddenly announced, and as though she had given him an obvious instruction, Hand immediately dashed toward the old man, climbing his legs, grabbing his hair, and directing his body out of the cottage's open door.
Wednesday turned around, eyes drifting everywhere, completely ignoring what had just happened.
She then glanced back, only to notice Ash holding his hand to his mouth, looking nearly bored while staring at her as though expecting something.
"So…" Ash said, pulling out his phone and checking the time, "go ahead," he continued, placing it back into his pocket, "do the touchy-touchy thing."
Wednesday's eyes narrowed when she heard him.
"I told you," she said, moving around, "it doesn't work like that."
"Yeah, well, I don't know about that," Ash shot back, finding a block of wood and sitting on it. "Everything you told me points in the direction that the touchy-touchy might work."
THUD!
She slammed her palm onto the cottage's wall.
"See," she said, moving her hand and touching another wall.
THUD!
"It's not working," she said, causing Ash to just shrug his shoulders.
She then bent down, grabbed a bag of Taco Bell, and then held onto it while lifting her head upward dramatically, slightly mimicking a vision leap.
Ash giggled when he saw her do it, and she dropped the bag to the floor.
"I'm hungry," Ash said, standing from where he was seated. "What about it? Don't you wanna buy your slave some Taco Bell?" He thought for a while. "I've never tried it before, but I heard they serve black tacos too."
He made puppy eyes, clearly asking like a beggar.
"My visions are about as predictable as shark attacks," she whispered, in no way refusing his idea for lunch.
So he stood up, smiling as he followed.
But just as Wednesday's hand touched the frame of the cottage's door, just as she was about to exit.
Her head lifted upward as her body rotated, almost falling to the floor.
Thankfully, right before her body could descend, Ash arrived in less than a second, catching her before she landed.
"Shit, is this normal?" Ash asked, turning to Hand, who replied using nothing but an immature attempt at sign language.
So, Ash lifted Wednesday's body, immediately returning her to the cottage and placing her right in the middle. Then he took her bag and used it as a pillow to support her head.
"Damn," Ash sighed, sitting on a rock beside her unconscious body. "Of course, she gets a vision right after agreeing to buy me some food."
Hand made some gestures, and Ash clicked his tongue when he saw them.
"Yeah, I know she didn't agree," he said, shaking his head, "but she didn't refuse either… did she?"
GROWL!
The grin growing on his face instantly disappeared. His heart skipped a beat, his eyes focusing everywhere.
"Stay on her," Ash whispered as Hand climbed onto the unconscious Wednesday.
Ash crouched, turning his eyes everywhere, trying with all his might to make as little noise as possible.
DOO!
The eyeball of the monster stared inside through one of the cottage gaps.
"Stay with her!" Ash immediately dashed to the door, jumping out, then closing it in an instant, shutting himself outside.
GROWL!
The monster appeared right in front of him, anger visibly flaring in its eyes.
"Frankenstein," Ash said, moving backward, distracting the monster away from the cottage. "Long time no see, huh?"
The monster revealed its teeth, as if it understood every one of his words.
"Oh, I see," he continued, eyes drifting between the monster's legs. "Why are you still mad? 'Cause, I mean… your dick grew back… am I wrong?"
He taunted, and the monster decided it had had enough.
It dashed toward him without warning, sprinting on all fours.
Ash looked back at the cottage, noting that he had retreated a sufficient distance.
So, he took a sprinting stance, then dashed toward the monster as well.
And right as they met, the monster swiped sideways with its claws, attempting with all its might to slash him in half in that instant.
But Ash wasn't there; he had simply disappeared.
"It seems you didn't learn from last time… did you?" he said, locked in position, body on top of the monster's back, arms gripping its skin to keep himself steady. "Okay… this time, let's go for the balls!"
That's when the monster finally saw it, something it was sure it had mistaken. A thing so potent that it had to convince itself that it didn't see.
The thing that made it fear him the most.
Absolute Chaos.
~~~ [END]

Here is the thing, the narrator calls Thing 'Hand', so does Ash, everyone else calls him 'Thing.' I hope you understand, since Ash and the narrator are two different entities.
