Jason felt himself sulk, as the power he once held was gone like that. It only lasted a week. Now he was back to his good normal self. He sighed, wasn't all to happy about the situation.
"It was just a dream? Man....I got played a prank on."
He laid his head down on his desk, feeling less enthusiastic to be at work.
"Why the down face?"
His co-worker came up to him.
"Just lost a bet."
He lied, making the co-worker make a "O" expression.
"Got it, well cheer up"

Small chat, his co-worker left, Jason now felt like he needed to find a hobby.
Maybe he should just quit as a exchange helper. Be a chef, since he was talented in cooking.
'The power really felt great, but it was just like a free trial.'

He was getting groceries for him to cook. As he carried them, he put them in the car trunk.
'I did want to buy a little device.'
He drove to the electronics store. Jason explored, as it took some time to find the item. Which was a monitor.
He then saw a TV displaying the news.
[Live here, it seems that the heroes finally cleared the 40th floor! It's a huge achievement again, they have uncovered a civilization in there as well.]
As the male news reported spoke, it then changed to another news station.
[We're under attack, from what I've seen two powerful individuals are terrorizing the entire country!]
She was shaking, as the woman reporting it felt like her country was coming to an end.
[Even the S-hunters native to here have been defeated! I don't know what we will do, what will the hunters do!]
Jason felt unease, as he left not wanting to hear it any longer.
'A country being under attack? No way, monsters? But the woman said two individuals, so they're humans.'
He really thought deeply.
'Then it means those two are monstrous, at least i'm here living in this country.'
He was grateful for that, now he couldn't do nothing to help. He could only thank his luck for surviving this long.
He headed home, he needed to rest from a long days of work.
As Jason arrived home, putting his groceries in the fridge, he left some on the kitchen counter.
'I guess, i'll cook something nice.'
He always knew he made good food, just that he made it for himself. He sighed to himself as he sat down when finished cooking.
'The date with Ashley went well, but he had to tell her how she wasn't someone he looked for. It made her slap him, but his heart yearned for someone else. Those blurred faces, their figures he wanted to touch them.
Alisia also was one that tried to come back, using dirty tactics like in that party to make him jealous. He was indifferent when she confessed, he just walked away.
As, she screamed for him to take her back.
"Life really feels tiresome."
He turned on the TV, as he ate on the rugged floor. Since, he set a small table fitting for those sitting down.
While a couch was behind him, he was a simple man. He then wanted to see a live stream, so he clicked on the one who was livestreaming the 40th floor.
[Hey guys! Ganzi here! Thanks for tuning in for today, I'll be livestreaming the civilization here, quite a huge floor. I heard there was three big kingdoms here, and quite the powerful people, who could be as strong as the S-class hunters.]
He kept on chatting, Jason was curious and intrigued with the streamer. Continuing to watch, as the streamer was in a carriage riding to the nearby kingdom he was going to stream in.
[This will be my first time interacting with them, and who knows how they live their life, their lifestyle. Anyways, I should be arriving close, and it shouldn't be long that you gu-]
Instantly, the streamer froze, making the viewers perplex.

As they commented the streamer regained a bit of clarity, as the camera was pointed towards him.
[O-Oh shit!!]
Shocked, one could see his expression become from joyful to fear. Jason was confused, and continued to watch.
[Guys l-look what i'm witnessing!]
He flipped the camera, and him and his viewers witnessed a huge monstrous being. Who had the shape of a woman, a beautiful one. But, whoever wasn't a viewer felt the terrifying pressure.
He was suffocating from being close, he quickly scurried away in his carriage.
[Sorry guys! But, I'm really fearing for my life and will end stream]
Jason witnessed it, he took in a nice view of what the streamer saw. A giant woman with horns sprouting from her head. Those ruby eyes showing a unique eye pattern was destroying the kingdom.
As the streamer bit his lip and went back to record it.
[I mean, I won't! I'll show you guys!]
He was harassed by the viewers to show it.
"Gaah!?"
Jason clutched his head, groaning in pain. He watched through the screen, the figure of the person was making his head hurt. Then he felt his heart ache for some reason.
"It hurts!"
His body then glowed brightly, instantly releasing what one would call it a beam of light. It was not a normal beam of light, it was like a beacon, a signal, a call. Jason didn't know, but he was emitting a signal that those who knew him could feel it.

It didn't take long to disperse, but it was just enough for those in this world now. To feel it, as they locked onto his location.
"Fuck! Why can't this stuff just warn me....."
He took a bit to relax again. Now knowing what just happened.
