Julius along with NEZU who was sitting on his shoulders was walking along side rin within school campus.
"So are you sure this information miss Tohsaka?" Asked NEZU.
"Yes currently the clock tower is divided due to quirks and their stance on it" replied Rin as she spoke seriously.
"And what caused this division and how is quirks related to this?" Asked NEZU.
Rin sighs as she uses a small gem that glows and then breaks creating an invisible barrier that filters noise.
"Julius do you know how mage craft operates" asked Rin.
"Yes somewhat_ it operates on the concept of mystery the fact that the more unknown something is the more powerful they become and hence the reason for secrecy" said Julius as he rubbed his chin.
"Hoh so that's the primary principal huh" said NEZU.
"Yes and that's the reason why mage craft has weakened since the beginning of the modern age due to the development of science and the fading of mystery and thus the decline of mage craft" said Rin.
"So that's why they became so strict to protect their secrets is it?" Said NEZU.
"Yes but that all changed around 200 years ago can you guess sir?~" asked Rin with a teasing voice.
".... Ah quirks" replied NEZU with a bit of shock as that was unexpected.
"Yes quirks and due to the nature of how mysterious and unexplained quirks are by nature _" said Julius.
"It in turn strengthen mage craft " realised NEZU.
"Yes as quirked individuals warp causality, emit abnormal energy signatures and distort local reality consistency as some quirks break the law of physics to us magi quirks arerw thaumaturgical fuel and you know what that means?" Asked Rin.
"Quirk activities will thicken the mystic/mystery density in turn_!!"said NEZU.
"Yes mage craft that was once stronger in rural areas are now stronger in urban areas instead " said Rin.
"That's the reason why magus now have a higher frequency of appearance then ever before especially in _" said Julius.
"The underworld hence where the two groups made contact now all i want is the why" said NEZU.
"That's not so hard it's about Aozaki" replied Rin.
"Aozaki i know that she's from a magus family but still wait _ it's her quirk isn't it" said NEZU.
"Yes a concept that should generally be impossible in the first place since a human soul isn't meant to hold more than one meta framework and hence a quirked individual can't use mage craft and that makes her" said Rin.
"An anomaly beyond the onthological incompatibility of mage craft and quirks, and as such a threat to the current fragile balance of the clock tower I see" replied NEZU.
"Not just the clock tower even the holy church is trying to get involved and i'd i appreciate not having to deal with them again " said Rin with irritation in her voice.
"The holy church let me guess the department of Vatican that handles business in the moon lit world?"asked NEZU to which both Julius and Rin nod.
"Yes in fact they don't call quirks well quirks they call it Congenital Phenomena of Fallen Order can you imagine that heh" laughed Rin.
"In fact you are quite familiar with them ever heard of executors?" Asked Julius.
"Ah yes I am familiar _on paper they are nothing more then mercenaries but in reality they are"said NEZU prompting the other two to complete his sentence.
"Anti-anomaly specialist that work in tandem with the government and are essentially the main fighting force of the church and are in charge of essentially dealing with magus or quirks that have gone too far and are no longer considered humans by definition" replied Julius.
"How frightening but then again that's how they are i guess from all the files they were involved that i remember " said NEZU.
"Yes but Aozaki isn't their primary goal it's something else for now they aren't a problem you can rest easy" said Rin.
"Good having to deal with the underworld unrest and the magi are already hard enough i don't think we'll be able to handle the holy church as well " said NEZU.
"Well the church aren't exactly hostile to quirkers anyway but that's besides the point anyway that's all I have been permitted to disclose for now sir" said Rin.
"Well thank you that's more then enough information about why they might be acting this way_ anyhow I'll take my leave take care bye" said NEZU as he jumped off of Julius shoulders and left leaving Rin and Julius alone.
"So Rin how's _shi.... shirou now" asked Julius as he scratched his neck feeling uncomfortable asking that question to Rin of all people.
Rin simply stares at him for a while until she just sighs"he's currently stable and alive ".
"Ah that's good to know " said Julius with a smile.
Seeing this Rin becomes a bit irritated just remembering how that idiot even got in that position in the first place but that's besides the point" But don't expect him to be moving and entering action anytime soon is that clear".
"Ah yes I get it don't expect him in action i guess... And the you know forest?" Asked Julius with a serious expression.
"Ah well _ hah~ an anti law overide seal was placed in near it's reality anchor which is holding _for now" said Rin.
"I see and the other part of the composite state?" Asked Julius.
"For now it's within a saint graph fragment container with a sealing designation placed on it" replied Rin.
"A sealing designation really?" Asked Julius surprised.
"Yes why not those container fragment are high class possession type mage craft" replied Rin.
"Ok i get it he sure did rough himself up didn't he" said Julius.
"Yes and don't think i didn't noticed that one of your student has a mystic eyes on him even though he has a quirk that's going to kill him if he isn't careful the fact he's even alive is a miracle mage craft works through mystery not freaking biology sooner or later his quirk will rejeat it as external interference he'll become crippled best case scenario " complained Rin.
"I know ,i know but I just couldn't _"
"Couldn't what see him unprepared this isn't about preparation here Julius quirks in general are maybe accepted by nature but mage craft that's just tolerated and when you combine the two oh boi that's a whole lot of corrections the world will want on it " said Rin as pinched her nose.
"So what you'll extract the mystic eyes now? Asked Julius.
"No i don't have the patience for that I'm just berating your stupidity"said Rin.
"Ok so what do i_"
"You clean up your old mess first"

"Yes....."
"Pft what a name anyway I'll deal with the whole you tried to kill your student using the incompatibility problem"said Rin as she waved her hand and left.
"What do I do with you Akaguro" lamented Julius as he checked his phone where another hero was found wounded but not yet dead well considering his wounds he was better off dead.
"... Guess I'll help train the kids to clear my mind for now" said Julius as he left.
