From the sky both fell to the ground descending fast, the air felt thick as they fell folding his wings inward. Miras pointed two of his fingers downwards then with an arc he cut the air releasing a wave of energy that slowed down their fall
Miras breathing with a sense of relief as he flew both of them down to the ground "that was a close"
Mattias looking down greatful "you don't say we almost died"
Miras landing them both to the ground just sat on it and looked up exhausted "you have some rotten luck"
Mattias breathing heavily from exhaustion just scowled "don't blame this on me your the one that let me fall in that pit 'fight the horrors there' sound familiar" he said in a mocking voice
Miras turning to ground then closed his eyes on defeat
"We're lost"Miras finally said
Mattias laying on the ground and looking to his side not really surprised "Hey quick question what was that 'gate' thing you used"
Miras just lied down as well and stared up . "Man where do I start that was an 'inaugurate'
Its like opening a door to another place"
Mattias looking up at that "That's really cool"
Miras sighed. "Not really since I can't control it so it just dumped us in some random location"
Mattias frowned "Oh yea the primordial void what exactly is it you told me that it's the parallel of my original world but is so different I just can't believe that"
Miras smirked at the question "Getting comfortable are we well it's like I said it's just a place made of energy."
Mattias sat up right as Miras spoke "that doesn't really answer my question but I guess you don't really know either"
Miras said nothing Then
"I don't really take offence to that I would probably be dead if I knew"
Mattias looked at him confused "what do you mean you would die"
"I mean I would die that simple" Miras said
Mattias closing his eyes out of skeptic curiosity "How would just knowing something kill you?"
Miras grinning continuing to looking up "Curiosity killed the cat"
Mattias sighed "Whatever that's not our biggest problem right now"
Miras sitting up right stretched his arms "That is right"
Mattias his head and looked at the surroundings "do you have like some horror tracking powers or something"
"Yea because all horrors can just find other horrors"Manu replied lightly. "Well leaving that aside we should not be too lost"
Mattias sighing and putting his face to his palm "at least you have a sense of humour now"
"Wait I just realised something I have my clothes from when I arrived here well the goo just repaired it but where did you get yours"
Mattias looked at Miras waiting for an answer
Miras just stared at his clothes looked back at Mattias "well I bought them some way anyone else does"
Mattias shocked got excited "YOU HAVE A CIVILISATION HERE!!!"
Miras covering his ears "STOP SHOUTING!!"
Removing his hands from his ear he sighed "well yes we are not primitive well some of use that is"
Mattias not shouting now looked at Miras with sparkling eyes "So is there one near here? Like one of those civilisations"
Miras looking exhausted looked around "beats me dude"
Mattias looking behind Miras notice a figure running in there direction "well looks like our break is over now" he pointed to a horselike thing
Miras turning behind didn't answer. Instead, he looked straight into Mattias is eyes. "On a scale of 1-10 how much do you not what to die"
Mattias just looked at the horror behind him and at Miras "I really wouldn't want to die again"
Miras grinned at Mattias "well my wings are tired and I don't think either of us can run"
Mattias just stood there dumbfounded "you can't be serious" he waiting hoping Miras was joking but he just liked to his side "Oh my you are serious right now"
The silence that followed wasn't deafening as the horse horror rushed towards both of them
