At the Crimson waterfall Kirasia is seen sitting at the edge of it staring into the rippling water where the scarlet moon reflected the same strange symbol on there heads
Kogetsu walks up to Kirasia his expression as stern and serious as usual
"What's up with you now?"
"Did you realize your a hag or something?"
Kirasia didn't respond her expression was somber
Kogetsu stays silent for a moment before smiling
"Hold are thinking about your lover?"
Kirasia's eyebrows twitches in irritation when her body was enveloped in upgrade energy as she attempts a step fast leg sweep the Kogetsu effortlessly avoids as he soars into the air
His eyes narrow before downgrade energy covered his body as his reaches a certain point into the air his body begins to crush but it immediately heels as Kogetsu changes direction descending like a Meator
He hits the ground with no impact as he stands infront if Kirasia
"Im surprised I never thought about actually Downgrading my momentum"
"If I had thought of that I never would've need you to save me the first time"
Kirasia smiles smugly
"But you didn't so you still owe me brat"
Kogetsu stares at her with curiosity and confidence
"Who are you calling brat you're the one who caught feelings for me"
Kirasia flinches when her upgrade energy erupted
She flashes infront of Kogetsu with a clenched fist about to connect it to hist face but Kogetsu effortlessly tilts his head as he counters with punch to gut
Kirasia's expression twist in pain as she leans her head on Kogetsu's shoulder
"H...how"
Kogetsu smiles
"I realized hurting you skin is nearly impossible so instead i used downgrade on your internal organs"
Kogetsu's eyes narrow
"With that human form it's much easier to do so"
Kogetsu was then suddenly hit with an uppercut as his sent into the air

She twists her body delivering a kick to Kogetsu's rips but Kogetsu manages to to block it with his right arm
When Kogetsu groaned in pain as he heard the sound of shattering bones
"Downgrade"
Instantly his bones reconstructed as his sent flying across the sky
'There's no way she's actually trying to kill because I was joking about her liking me"
Kogetsu's expression changes as he flies horizontally across the air when Kirasia appears readying a fist
'Unless...she...'
Kirasia punches Kogetsu in the face his face collapsing inward but immediately healing as a thought passed his mind

As Kogetsu descends to the floor with Kirasia following
The sound of reailty echoed
Both Kogetsu and Kirasia's expression changed immediately when in Kogetsu's descent path
The Crimson Oblivion scatters through reailty soaring towards Kogetsu with a terrifying speeds
Kogetsu seen being able to see everything at a slowed state
'Crap this thing actually relocated it's escape from the tenth layer'
'But how was it able to track us?'
'Hold on don't tell me'
Kogetsu stares at the approaching crimson Oblivions pure white feathers it's soul piercing yellow eyes
'Can this thing actually track us based on which origin skill it's using'
'That would make sense but wait why couldn't it track us when we hid in the tree'

'Does it need us to use the ability to track or was it just acting'

Kogetsu's body was enveloped in Downgrade energy as he accelerates towards the Crimson Oblivion
Meeting Kogetsu actually enters the Crimson Oblivions mouth before stepping on one of it's teeth immediately canceling all the momentum he had
Kogetsu leaps out of the Crimson Oblivions mouth as it shuts it closed the Beasts feathers change to green along with it eyes
The Crimson Oblivion actually stops moving just flapping it's wings ascending Kirasia passes it
The two hit the ground
They glance at the Crimson Oblivions strange behavior only for a moment
As Kogetsu says
"Kirasia were splitting up in an hour I want you to use upgrade and wait another hour once you've gained distance alright"
Before Kirasia could say anything Kogetsu was already seen sprinting the other direction
As she does the same the Crimson Oblivion unleashes a monstrous roar when a green force enveloped a portion of the forest instantly the tree we're crushed out existence
The Crimson Oblivion seemingly lets out an inhuman chuckle before screatching as the space collapses infront of it opening a rift to the first layer as red energy seeps out
The monster flies in
Kirasia from afar withnesses all the things it did just now had terror clear in her expression
'That thing is learning way to fast'
With that thought she stares at the open rift
'Should I close it...no we need a way to track this bastard'
With That thought Kirasia runs away
After an Unknown period if time Kirasia is seen stopping at a tree
"This place feels like a maze"
Suddenly she remembers Kogetsu's words about her liking him
Frustration became evident on her face
"I do not have feelings for you"
""It's actually...no focus on the task"
Kirasia stares at the moon
"If I had to think Kogetsu is probably trying to see if the Crimson Oblivion can track us based on what ability it's using"
"So theoretically if I use upgrade it shouldn't be able to track me but it would if Kogetsu did"
Kirasia stares at a random tree
"Upgrade max output"
The tree then became massive
"Alright im gambling on this so I hope his theory is correct"
On Kogetsu's side
Kogetsu stares at a tree
"Downgrade"
The tree withers away as he stands there he thinks
"So this thing should be on its way"
Suddenly Kogetsu felt something as reailty beneath him shatted with the Crimson Oblivion having it's mouth wide opened about to eat Kogetsu
'Shit!'
The Crimson Oblivion actually shuts it mouth eating Kogetsu and immediately swallowing him
But seconds later Kogetsu shouted inside
"Downgrade!"
The Crimson Oblivion staggered as it's seen in it's belly Kogetsu actually opened a rift into the fiat layer on reailty
White energy fills the beasts stomach and after a few seconds dissappears along with the rift
The monster gets up before screatching going back into the rift it made
