Chapter 336 - Chapter 336: Kakashi Looks a Little Drained

Koji sat in a chair while Shenhe stood behind him, massaging his shoulders. Her soft, delicate little hands carried considerable strength, and the pressure was just right.

Because of the Blessing that let him absorb energy, his physical toughness had already become extremely powerful. Even without using a defensive Blessing, he could unleash terrifying raw physical strength.

"You certainly know how to enjoy yourself," Minato said with a smile.

"If you're jealous, have your own wife give you a massage," Koji said, raising an eyebrow.

Hearing that, Minato was honestly a little tempted. It had been a long time since he had experienced that.

"Minato, are you sure this body of yours is sturdy enough? Besides, an Edo Tensei body has no sense of touch. Even if I massaged you, you wouldn't feel it," Kushina said. She did not particularly mind doing it.

She just felt like she might crush Minato's shoulders with a squeeze. That feeling was a little too strange.

"Fair enough."

Minato thought about it and realized this body really could not enjoy anything.

"I have a question. Are all of you in that kind of relationship?" Kushina asked, looking over the group.

Anyone with a bit of tact followed along and smiled.

She was somewhat surprised. After all, polygamy was not unheard of, but all of her friends were in monogamous marriages, so she rarely saw a man with multiple wives.

"Yeah. It's exactly what you're thinking," Koji admitted openly.

The women he had brought out to travel this time were not even all of them. Some of his lovers had their own matters to handle.

Once there was another chance, he would bring them all out together for a stroll.

"Minato, are you jealous?" Kushina asked with a small smile.

"How could I be? The only person I've ever liked is you," Minato said with a smile, shaking his head.

Although he did want to make a joke, the result would definitely be getting blown apart once, so he decided to forget it.

"At least you know what's good for you," Kushina said, lifting her chin in satisfaction.

"Tsunade-anego, are you two done talking?"

Tsunade walked over. Every step she took made the two masses of flesh on her chest tremble. Her clothes simply could not contain them. Nawaki followed behind Tsunade honestly.

He no longer dared to run his mouth. Although there was no pain, for the soul, that kind of torment could drive a person mad.

"We're done. It's time for us to go back to Konoha," Tsunade said, stretching lazily and generously displaying the abundant fruit in front of her.

"Please touch my body," Minato said.

From such a long distance away, using Flying Thunder God would save a great deal of effort.

Tsunade nodded. The Flying Thunder God Technique invented by her Second Grandfather had truly been carried forward and perfected in Minato's hands.

Koji had no need for that. He directly brought Lumine and the others back to Konoha.

"Minato, are you a civilian?"

Minato had just arrived when he heard Koji's question, and he could not help but freeze.

"What do you mean?"

He indeed had not been born into some great clan. The Namikaze surname was not famous either.

"It's rare for geniuses to come from civilian backgrounds. Most of them have at least some hidden bloodline. Your hair is blond, just like Tsunade's. Is there a chance you're related to her?"

Minato widened his eyes. Tsunade also began to look thoughtful.

"It's not impossible. Back then, a large portion of the Senju Clan changed their surnames and integrated into the ninja village."

Minato's talent was indeed excellent. Especially with Flying Thunder God—aside from Tobirama, the technique's creator, very few people could comprehend it, much less reach such a masterful level with it.

But Minato had done it and had even earned the title Yellow Flash, a name that shook the entire ninja world. His talent was top-tier.

"Maybe. But that shouldn't matter anymore, should it?" Minato said with a shrug.

He was already dead. Even if he really did have some connection to the Senju Clan, was he supposed to go recognize his ancestors and return to the clan?

That was not realistic at all, so the topic could be skipped.

Tsunade nodded. The Senju Clan had long since stepped off the stage of history, and very few people with pure blood remained.

Through the window, Tsunade saw Konoha's streets. There did not seem to be any particularly obvious changes.

"It's still the same. Nothing interesting has changed," Tsunade said, shaking her head.

"One casino's gone, though."

The others broke into a sweat. The thing she noticed was a little strange.

Shizune had nothing to say. Inwardly, tears streamed down her face. She could no longer count how many IOUs there were. She was often chased all over the place by debt collectors.

She had followed Tsunade for many years, yet she had never seen Tsunade win. Even so, Tsunade never got tired of it, and she had run up an enormous pile of debts.

It was only because Tsunade was so famous that people were willing to let her buy on credit. They did not have to worry about her vanishing without a trace.

"Tsunade, I'm pretty curious. How much money have you owed over the years?" Koji asked.

"Well…"

It was not that she could not say it. It was that even she herself did not know how much gambling debt she had accumulated over the years.

"Nee-san, don't tell me you've been gambling all this time and losing the whole way?" Nawaki mocked.

When he was still alive, he had almost never seen Tsunade win. So many years had passed, and she still had not won.

"I think you should quit gambling, Nee-san."

At this point, if possible, it would be better not to let Tsunade become Hokage. If she ended up gambling Konoha away, that really would become the biggest joke in three thousand years.

Of course, if she really did become Konoha's Hokage, she would probably restrain herself somewhat.

"Yo, Minato, isn't that your student Kakashi? He's still reading that dirty little book Jiraiya wrote while walking?"

Tsunade saw the white-haired man walking down the street and changed the topic. She had seen the cover of that book with Jiraiya before, so she recognized it at a glance.

Minato: "…"

As his teacher, his fist hardened.

Just who exactly was your teacher? Me, or Jiraiya-sensei?

"He looks a little drained. Is it because he's read too many dirty books?" Kushina's mouth twitched.

Kakashi Hatake, the genius ninja of those days, had broken records with the speed of his promotions. Now, he was addicted to reading this kind of book.

"Kakashi isn't a member of the Uchiha Clan, so he can't turn off the Sharingan. It consumes chakra every second, so of course he looks a little weak," Koji said.

Although Kakashi was jokingly called a chakra measurement unit, it also depended on who he was compared to. Compared to Naruto Uzumaki, he really was just a measurement unit.

"The Sharingan, huh. What a pity. He's the son of Sakumo Hatake-senpai, yet now he's even abandoned that superb swordsmanship," Tsunade said, shaking her head.

She had heard of Kakashi's reputation as the Copy Ninja, but when it came to swordsmanship, that was almost never mentioned.

Lumine thought about the plot for a moment, then said, "Kakashi's experiences were pretty tragic."

"His father committed suicide because of public opinion. His two teammates died one after another. His teacher and his teacher's wife also sacrificed themselves."

How should she put it? He really had the feeling of someone cursed to bring misfortune to everyone around him.

Minato could not refute that, because he was that teacher who had sacrificed himself.

All of those things had happened to one person. No matter who it was, it would be hard to stay strong. The fact that Kakashi had not broken down and committed suicide was already pretty good.

The ninja world had indeed produced far too many tragedies. They were simply too numerous to count.
