Anna glanced at Alex from time to time.
He was dressed professionally in his work attire, his eyes focused on the road as he clutched the wheels tightly.
Anna took her gaze off him and stared out the window, slipping deep into thoughts

After a while, a hand snapped in front of her face, breaking her out of her reverie.
She stared around to see that the car was already parked at the underground parking lot while Alex was beside her, his brows raised in questions.
Ignoring him, she got down the car and walked hurriedly to the reception table.
As per daily routine, she was given a card pass and she took it, smiling before heading for the elevator.
The elevator dinged open and she came face to face with sienna who had a cup of coffee on one hand, a to-do list on the other and a little scowl on her face.
''In my office. Now!'' She said, turning her back and Anna followed behind her, confused.
