"Can I just skip the timer to my breach?"
[Confirm?]
[1:23:55 left]
Cecil looked at the two new blue screens.
He went out, and turned the hallway light on.
He checked his pockets again.
[
Your body will enter a comatose state.
Prepare accordingly.
]
And he sat on his bed.
"Yeah. I'm ready now."
With that, Cecil's vison ceased as many empty and small blue status windows covered him like a cocoon.

Javelin Forest.
A mid danger zone in Igumna sector of Hiwana Kingdom.
All the neighbouring kingdoms were predominantly Hysuan dominated.
Hysuans were tall and red humanoids, adept with string based weaponry, with a single, straight horn protruding out of their foreheads, with varying numbers of rings.
One such group was passing through the Javelin forest, Wearing heavy, metallic and dark green armor, letting them blend into the foilage effortlessly.
These were the part of the Reserve Force of Hiwana, now now being transferred to the Javelin forest guard.
The main predators of Hysuans were the Arachnomorphs.
Humanoid spiders, with 4 arms and legs, and a million eyes clustered into 2.
"We camp here, squadron split to 4!"
The leader, who had a barbed sphere attached to a staff, with 4 rings on his 9 centimeter horn, the fifth almost faded away.
The twenty strong Hysuans behind him, with 1 to 2 rings and more than 5 centimeter long horns immediately split into 4 groups, and dispersed.
Except 2.
A shorter male, who looked thin enough to be out of place, 2 rings, and horn barely over 5 cm.
A taller female, whose horn was almost at her leader's level, with 3 rings, and a chest that felt bigger than her brain, and a staff with a torn flag.
It was so torn that it really was just a lot of strings. Sharp ones.
The smaller one gestured to one of the leaving groups.
"Captain, no one wants to be near Karat anymore, his arrogance and antics have long since overstayed their welcome."
The Karat guy in question had an 8 and half centimeter horn, with the rings hidden by a veil.
He was the youngest of the bunch, and at the third in strength.
"Hlemam, you should just stick to the planning. The Arachnoforms are planning something and we need to be ready."
The captain turned on the short guy, Hlemam, and swung his staff in a half circle, close to the ground.
The sharp string cut a lot of the grass on the ground, and the wave of mana that followed wiped out even more.
In the blink of an eye, a clearing was created.
The taller woman now spoke up, waving her flagpole slowly.
"Captain, we really need to think about Karat. Everyone is in a bad mood because of him."
Her flagstrings now fluttered wildly, flailing in different directions, periodically shooting spheres of grey mana.

Each sphere turned into metallic structures after hitting the ground, forming a foundation of sorts of a building.
The Reserve Force was making a new outpost.
————
In a certain cave,
The strange red mushrooms were the only source of light, illuminating the life moving about.
Many 4 legged and 4 armed Arachnoforms were walking about, seemingly preparing for a conflict.
Some were sharpening their blades, extending from each arm.
Some were lying down as others injected the poison sack below their blades with new poison or potions.
Some were emptying out their silk, partially or fully.
Most were sparring among themselves.
At the most bottom, the mushrooms grew more gold than red, before stopping near a sealed hole.
This was the innermost part of Silom, the capital of the Javelin forest Arachnoforms.
Just as Hysuans had differing horn length, the Arachnoforms had patterns.
Arachnoforms of different colors, with Lines, Curved and Straight patterns on their bodies, with the rare few closed circle visible now and then.
Some alone, most surrounded by their followers.
Both tense.
They were indeed on edge.
The elder Arachnoforms had issued notices.
Be Prepared for a small war against the Hiwanan Hysuans.
They had no reason to be this worked up. Until they read the issuing Elder's name.
3rd Elder, Armed Thunder Tarantula
He underexaggurated everything.
Everyone is ready for a war for the survival of their race.
A few are waiting for the news of reinforcements from the neighbouring marble flatlands and jeju islands.
The 7 elders were gathered in a semi circle at the top of the entire cave's entrance, all of them having Lines, circles and arrow patterns in themselves.
At the center was a lone Arachnoform.
Mostly white, with faint green patterns
Sound did not dare rise around him.
He had twenty three distinct spiral patterns on him, and lines and circles and arrows.
"Niji, the Hiwana king has a high chance of sending reinforcements. What do we do?"
One Arachnoform managed to break the silence.
Then the Lone Arachnoform turned.
"No changes. We will have a bigger problem soon enough."
All the elders had the same impression of their leader.
How did he become the leader anyways?
And right now, they were confused.
This brute could speak in riddles?
"What do you mean?"
The elder pressed.
"Hysuan and Meneric can wait. We will have a bigger problem soon."
He sounded like he was waiting for this bigger problem to happen.
—————
The Hiwana Kingdom was in the Eastern side of the continent, where all the Hysuans lived.
In the middle, there was the Wilderness, where Beastial races like the Arachnoforms lived.
On the Western End, were The Menerics.
Bipedal creatures with unnaturally long arms, ending in Sythe like claws, with three heads and a tail that works like an actual arm.
The Hysuans and Menerics have a bloodborne hatred for each other, mostly historical.
So both ends keep away from each other.
Except in the middle region.
They send spies and bandits to each other, and right now...
... Menerics have infiltrated the Javelin forest!
