Watching the hundred thousand members of the Demon Race attacking the Underworld while the Netherworld Great Emperor paid no attention, the Tiger Snake laughed.
As the Demon Emperor said, the Netherworld Great Emperor did not come out to manage this matter. Either he doesn't want to or he doesn't know.
The latter possibility is greater. The Netherworld Great Emperor must be in seclusion to heal and is unaware of what happened in the Netherworld.
