On the film set, it was very hot, surrounded by machines and people coming and going, very noisy, and the stagehands were still setting up props.
Under a big tree, there was a rocking chair, unassuming, just a very ordinary one. A man in a military uniform from the Republican era was sitting there, his long legs casually crossed.
He had a script on his lap, but unlike usual, he wasn't looking at the script. Instead, he was looking at the phone in his hand, occasionally letting out a slow smile.
This surprised a nearby staff member — such a rare sight! Mr. Sterling actually wasn't looking at his script for once but at his phone.
And he even smiled from time to time, more like he'd seen a ghost.
Some people were curious and quietly moved closer, wanting to know what Jensen Sterling was looking at. Just as they approached from behind, the man lifted his eyes and looked over.
Seeing him look over, the person greeted him as usual: "Mr. Sterling, what's got you so happy today?"
