"How could I work after drinking that much?"
The implication was that before he went to bed last night, he spent at least an hour and a half with her while she was asleep?

Sienna felt like she had been struck with a heavy blow, too shocked to speak.
She climbed two steps, sat down across from Simon Forrester, and calmed herself down before asking, "So why was I in your bed last night? And in that hour and a half before you went to sleep, did you do anything to me?"
Simon Forrester finally looked up and glanced at her, but it was a very indifferent glance that didn't linger on her face, and he quickly lowered his eyes back to the tablet.
