The gathering was held at a mid-range restaurant on Gourmet Street, with a private room booking about five tables. Except for Thomas Reed, who was abroad, everyone from the International Department attended. Lawyers from other departments who were on good terms with the head of the International Department also joined in the fun, filling up the five tables completely.
