"Not necessarily," Simon Forrester raised an eyebrow, "I sorted out that big guesthouse of yours in half a year. Plus, we're just talking about a two-story villa now."
"True." Sienna only then remembered that he also invested in several large construction companies. With a single command, the construction team could work around the clock, so this villa shouldn't take long to finish.
She seriously looked at the villa on the computer screen, with its exterior made of deep brown, light tan, and large swathes of pale green glass, and questioned, "This villa has a lot of floor-to-ceiling windows. The front wall is almost entirely glass. Wouldn't it be hot in the summer?"
