The court clerk stood up and said, "The court is now announcing the court rules."
"Announcing the court rules, all participants in the litigation must abide by legal regulations and maintain court order; no loud noises or disturbances are allowed; speeches, statements, and debates must be approved by the presiding judge or the sole trial judge."
The court clerk looked at the entire room and said, "Preparations are now complete for the trial. According to Article 137, Paragraph 1, of the Civil Procedure Law, the following court rules are announced:
