Chapter 12 - Chapter 12: The Origin of the AHIA Clan and Its Particularity! (Part 2)

Jade raised her arms, signaling to Feng.

— Speak, Jade — said Feng, noticing her gesture.

— Why don't I feel as if I control the world… am I not an AHIA? — asked Jade, her face confused.

This was also the doubt of many, if not all the children present, including Dry: "Why not?"

Hearing this question, Feng smiled and said:

— The AHIA gene only activates at the age of 10. That is why every member of the AHIA clan, at 10 years old, is more powerful than any evolutionary below level 4, even without being an evolutionary.

The clan calls this gene Supremacy, and this phenomenon of control is called the Domain of Supremacy. This phenomenon grows with the level of evolution.

At the age of 10, it has an initial radius that varies from individual to individual.

As you evolve, it expands based on the initial radius. It always doubles the initial radius with each level.

— Any more questions?

Upon hearing this, Black raised his hands. Although he appeared calm, his face betrayed him, for there was joy and expectation upon it.

— Speak — said Feng to Black.

— Is this radius fixed, or does it move with the person? — asked Black.

Both Dry and Jade looked at him in admiration, as neither had thought of that.

— I like your way of thinking, Black. Think carefully: would you call it Supremacy if it could only be used in a static region? — Instead of answering, Feng asked another question.

— No, uncle — replied Black, clenching his fists with expectation for the future.

— The Domain of Supremacy is like your shadow: wherever you are, it follows. But unlike a shadow, which abandons you where there is no light, it never leaves you, for it is merely a manifestation of your will — Feng explained to everyone.

— But, like everything in this world, it also has its disadvantages. The AHIA gene has one great weakness: no matter how much you cultivate, no matter how many resources you use, it is impossible to surpass level 3. This has been confirmed over the last 100,000 years, during which the clan has been in contact with evolutionary cultivation — Feng added, glancing at the three in the front row.

What he didn't mention was that the elders believed that with the talents of these three clan prodigies, perhaps an AHIA could reach an evolutionary level above 3.

— Disappointed? — asked Feng with a smile at the children.

— I too was very disappointed with this information… until I learned that any AHIA, upon reaching adulthood, is equivalent in terms of power to the highest known level in the universe: level 7.

— The Gods who came to Orion 100,000 years ago were between levels 5 and 7 of evolution. Since back then the clan didn't know how powerful an AHIA was compared to an evolutionary, they sent the guardian of that time to carry out the mission of bringing the twins' bodies and annihilating those involved, just to test the waters.

— But the result surprised the elders, for the guardian sent was the weakest in the clan in terms of domain — said Feng with a smile.

The children were clearly more excited. After all, it was good to know that even without cultivating, once grown, they would be among the most powerful beings in the universe.

Suddenly, Dry stood up. His face showed that he finally realized something that had been bothering him for a long time.

— Calm down, Dry, there's no need to get so worked up — said Feng, mocking him.

The other children, hearing this, smiled together. Even Jade laughed. Black gave only a slight smile, looking at Dry with provocation.

Dry sat down and remained silent, staring at Feng as if to say: "We'll settle this later."

"Damn it, tell me: according to everyone, my talent is incredible. Even you said you chose me as an agent because I have level 8 talent. If my talent is so great, then why does it take so long to fulfill the mission?" — Dry thought, questioning the unit.

[Responding to the agent: the First Originator created the protocols of the units, and the protocol for choosing the agent prioritizes the highest talent found. After all, the more talented, the easier it is to fulfill the mission.]

[Your level 8 talent, when seen across the entire multiverse, is one of the peaks in terms of talent level, for the maximum ever recorded is level 11. For an individual with level 8 talent to surpass an individual with level 6 — as long as the evolution level is not 13 — it is a matter of only 10 years if the level 8 individual does not actively cultivate, and a matter of days if they do cultivate.]

[What the protocol did not predict — not even the First Originator foresaw — is that in the multiverse there would exist a clan that, despite possessing the power of thought, would be limited to reaching only level 3.]

[This unit had no other choice, for the protocol is unalterable and unquestionable. Seven hundred billion years is the time required for the restriction of the AHIA to be lifted to level 4.]

[According to system calculations: if an AHIA reaches level 4, it will be equivalent to level 9; at level 5, it will be equivalent to level 10; and at level 6, equivalent to level 13 in terms of power.]

"You mentioned restriction!! Do you know why the AHIA gene is limited to level 3?" — asked Dry to the unit, for he noticed it seemed to know where the so-called restriction came from.

[As you already know, there exist only 3 AHIA Trees.

The AHIA Tree takes billions of years to evolve, and in this evolutionary process, it generates a single fruit that must be sacrificed to the roots of the tree to accelerate and shorten this process.

But since the fruit was eaten by your ancestors, it altered their genes, making them similar to the AHIA tree and granting them the characteristic of domain.

Also, every direct clan member carrying AHIA blood became bound to that tree.

Because this tree is the origin of the gene, and its own level of evolution is only 3, no AHIA can surpass this level. The AHIA Tree functions as the world's limit for the AHIA.

The only way to raise the evolutionary limit of the AHIA is if the tree itself evolves to a higher limit, which takes a very long time, as has already been mentioned.]
