"The girl is just a student observing police work by taking notes. What's the big deal? If you have so much time, why not provide some professional guidance to the forensic team instead?"
Another detective added, "You've been here a while, and the only thing I've heard you say is the useless remark that an autopsy requires your presence. Didn't you boast in front of the chief that you'd understand what's going on just by showing up? So, what's your conclusion?"
The Insect Man Expert turned red with anger. "I was sent here by leadership to figure out the cause of the Insect Man invasion. If you don't cooperate, how am I supposed to do my job?"
He couldn't even get them to chase away a young girl. If he couldn't manage this, how could he expect to command anyone going forward?
