The vehicles slowly came to a halt.
Before anyone even got out, a thick, fishy stench rushed straight at them.
This smell was something the Superpower Users would never forget again, like falling into a pit full of rotting compost, with the sensation of decayed flesh stuffing both nose and eyes.
At a glance, there were Zombies everywhere around them; you couldn't even tell there had ever been any zombie seafood on the beach.
The beach could no longer be called a beach; everywhere was black-brown muck—that was blood and sand mixed together into some kind of substance.
There was quite a bit of flesh mixed in.
The Zombies' bellies were bulging as they stood on the ground, eyes dull, faces and hands covered in scratches from all kinds of sharp objects.
Their whole bodies were pitch-black; it was hard to imagine that so much black blood could still ooze from Zombies that had already decayed.
In the few minutes after the vehicles stopped, no one got off.
