The pain in her neck made Summer Shawcross frown slightly. She took a deep breath and then bit her lip, speaking to Noah Drexler.
"Then start a video meeting right now and announce to everyone that the project is canceled!" As long as he announced it, it would be settled!
She understood the consequences of this; the people in Rovena had long colluded with those behind Dustin Hughes, and his corporation wouldn't gain anything from this.
After Summer finished speaking, Sean Morgan displayed a hint of concern.
"Boss... this..."
Noah Drexler's gaze never left Summer Shawcross. He parted his lips to instruct Sean Morgan.
"Bring the laptop!"
Sean Morgan hesitated, turned to look at Summer Shawcross, and then nodded.

Sean turned to fetch the laptop, while Noah Drexler took out his cellphone and dialed a number.
"Notify everyone, emergency meeting in five minutes, I'll connect via video!"
