What the heck! What kind of deadly taste is this!!
It clearly looks like cola, but once it's in your mouth, it's sour and salty, mixed with the unique sweetness of cola, almost making her want to vomit right there in the study room.
Ethan Hayes leisurely followed behind Vivian, walked to the bathroom door, crossed his arms and leaned against the doorframe, watching her with a leisurely look, and asked with a hint of gleeful concern in his voice: "What's wrong?"
Vivian used her hand to catch the water from the tap, rinsed her mouth several times before finally getting rid of that strange taste.
She turned off the tap, turned around, her water-soaked eyes slightly red, glaring at Ethan, a hint of anger flashed in her eyes: "What did you add to the cola?"
"Nothing much." Ethan looked at Vivian with an innocent face and said: "Just poured a bit of vinegar and soy sauce, and added a spoon of salt, that's all. I just wanted to play a joke on you, I didn't expect you to drink such a big gulp."
"You…" Vivian gritted her teeth, no wonder this guy was so enthusiastic towards her today, turns out he already set a trap waiting for her.
Ethan looked at Vivian's pale and rosy cheeks, her big black eyes slightly red, clearly full of grievance and anger, yet unable to say a word because of him, he didn't know why, but felt secretly delighted in his heart.
But he still looked at Vivian very sincerely, his tone full of apology: "I'm sorry, really sorry, I just wanted to play a joke on you, you won't mind, will you?"
"I! Mind!" Vivian gritted her teeth, word by word, said to Ethan.
Uh… Ethan was slightly stunned, under normal circumstances, shouldn't people usually say "I don't mind" at times like this??
"Then… what should I do?" Ethan looked at her angry little face, his tone suddenly became a bit stuck.
"Do ten more math problems today!!" After Vivian roared at Ethan, she reached out to grab the paper towel on the sink, wiped her tears that were about to fall from her eyes, dammit, the taste almost made her develop a lifelong psychological shadow towards cola.
"Alright." Ethan nodded, didn't even think about it and directly agreed.
Seeing his attitude of admitting his mistake was fairly good, Vivian stood still and stared at him for a few seconds before finally deciding to let him off this time.
"Let's go, go back and continue doing problems." Vivian took a deep breath, threw the used paper towel into the bin, turned and walked towards the study room.
Ethan stood behind her, watching her back as she walked towards the study room, his thin lips curled into a mischievous smile.
After Vivian returned to the study room, she waited for quite a while, but didn't see Ethan following her in. She was about to get up and go out to see what this guy was doing when Ethan came in holding a small cake.
???
Vivian looked at the small cake in his hand, her eyes full of question marks.
"Sorry, I was wrong earlier." Ethan walked to Vivian's side, placed the cake on the desk in front of her, then sat down beside her, his voice full of apology:
"I specially went to the cake shop next to Wanda Plaza to buy this small cake today at noon, I originally planned to save it for dinner, now… you eat it, don't girls all love to eat small cakes?"
