Melody Thorne looked around, seeing that there was only one room on the second floor – Kenneth Young's. So the wine they're carrying must be meant for him.
She walked over to the two waitresses and blocked their path. "This is the wine Mr. Young ordered, but he suddenly wants to change it. You wait here, I'll take it down to swap."
"Who are you?" One of the waitresses took a step back.
Melody Thorne smiled, "I was just called here by Mr. Young to have a drink. He said the other woman's drinking skills are too poor, so he called me. If you don't believe it, you can go in and ask."
The two waitresses exchanged a look and didn't ask anything further, handing her the tray. "Should I still take it in later?"
They definitely didn't want to miss the opportunity to deliver the wine; every time they did, they could earn a lot in tips.
