Melody Thorne's eyes widened, her body stiffening in place, with nothing but the clothes she held in her hands to cover in front of her.
It took her three seconds to react. She covered herself with her hands and shouted, "Turn around!"
Jared Quinn's gaze slid from her astonished little face down to her neck and collarbone, watching her protective movements. He sneered coldly and said indifferently, "Why should I?"
She was his wife, Jared Quinn's wife. It had already been the limit that he hadn't touched her these days, wasn't it natural to look?
Why should he? Melody Thorne swallowed instantly, her face flushing red. A second or two later, Jared Quinn showed no sign of withdrawing his gaze, and she didn't move.
