Melody Thorne turned to glance back and left the hospital through a secret passage with Leo Chaucer.
"Thank you for coming today, Miss Thorne," Leo Chaucer said as he started the car to take her back. "The item Commander Hawthorne gave you is absolutely something that shouldn't be discovered by anyone else, especially after the commander's death. You must ensure it's kept safe."
"Oh, by the way, didn't I hear you call him 'General' before? Why is he now 'Commander'?"
"This is a long story, but his current identity is indeed 'Commander,'" Leo Chaucer replied, unwilling to elaborate on the matter. "Miss Thorne, we've arrived."
Melody Thorne got out of the car. "Take care, Adjutant Chaucer."
Leo Chaucer saw someone behind her, a tall and muscular figure standing in the corner and completely out of place, yet somehow familiar. "Miss Thorne, who is he?"
