Synopsis
After killing his family and himself, Arzel came to find himself in the novel he read online just before his death, "The Sun's Revenge". It was about the main character and prince of the empire of Zher, Gabriel Ayle Meltiz Oblitzher, who was kidnapped and sold as a slave to another empire because of his brothers and sisters. The story went like this: Gabriel suffers as a slave in another empire, he secretly becomes stronger while enduring all the pain and suffering inflicted upon him, taking control of the empire he was sold to and demanding a war where he wins in the end. Ah, don't forget about the harem he made on the way of his journey. "Woah, this is garbage." Arzel mumbled at his phone with a bored expression. He was eating the last pack of noodles left in his parents house. Staring at the glowing screen, Arzel began to type. He typed scornful words that held ridiculous comments. It was a shock that the author of the novel replied. He didnt remember anything after that...only that he became the villain, Arzel Ravien Von Herczhide.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

I killed my family.

It's been a week since I hid my father and mother's rotting body in the basement. The smell was putrid.

My name's Zel.

Arzel Greze, to be exact. I'm 15 years old, a junior in highschool and the only child of my parents— well, dead parents.

A cold wind enveloped my body as the dust on the floor wrapped the house like a blanket of fog. The glass table looked large with multiple chairs around not having a single soul occupying it but me. I didn't dare to look outside as the sky had already turned dark with no stars to accompany it. Staring at the glowing screen that was my phone, I couldn't help but twist my mouth into a crescent shape, showing an expression meant to ridicule.

"Pfft..."

On the screen were words depicting two people during sexual intercourse. The male had fair, tan skin that was in contrast to his snow white hair that was as bright as light, luminous gold-like eyes that held no emotion, and a face worthy of being called ethereal. The male in question was Saireh Zahir, the main character in the novel I am currently reading. As for the female, she had jet-black hair that was the same as night, radiant violet eyes that looked like the sun's rays, and boobs so big they can be compared to...two pizzas attached to each other? Anyway, her name was Aireah Odette.

As I scrolled and skipped their detailed acts of intimacy, my hands immediately clicked the [Comment] button and started doing it's action.

Come to think of it, there was a character that had the same name as me. A villain and Aireah's older brother, too.

Arzel Ravien Von Herczhide.

A beautiful man with pale skin, abyssal black hair and violet eyes just like Aireah; the only difference was that the ones he held resembled an amethyst gem with no life. He was a powerful figure with immense strength and a talent born once in a millennium. It's a pity that he treats Saireh like shit.

"I actually hope he doesn't die like the others."

I checked to see how many chapters were left until I finished the novel.

600/1355 Chapters.

"Hm?" A soft sound left my mouth because of slight shock. "I'm actually close to finishing it."

Staring at the screen with a blank face, I glanced at the time where it said 9:00 PM. Contemplating whether I should just read it till the end, I looked at the chapters on my phone.

Yeah, I should.

Engrossing myself in the novel, I quietly read until I could see the top of the sun's figure and the light slowly envelop the the dim sky.

I didn't know how much time passed, only that I left comment after comment on the poorly written story I was reading.

Finally finishing the story, I went back to the book reviews area on my phone and began to type.

[ HoleInMyPockets: How can I even begin? Reading this made me want to turn page after page, not to reach the climax but to my own freedom. The characters were so flat they could be printed on cardboard and still not feel real. Not to mention, it felt like every chapter was a quest to have sexual intercourse with some beautiful girl and not to save the world, which is Saireh's obligation as the emperor? Honestly, I didn't even know his goal while I was skimming past the story as it just narrated his unnecessary intimacy with multiple women that were useless and slowed down his progress. And what's with Saireh's side chick just killing Arzel in the blink of an eye? Arzel was praised to be a genius among geniuses and the protagonist's side chick just eliminates him with the power of their lust-filled love? Ah, just thinking about it makes me angry. It was the first time I actually liked a character in the novel but the author just killed him off like livestock. Anyway, 1 star.

"It just doesn't make any sense! How was Arzel killed off just like that?!" I banged the table with my hands and cried with annoyance. As I was staring at my phone with regrets, I heard an abrupt ding.

"Oh? It's from the author. He's replying to my review...pfft." Looking at the long paragraph on my screen, I suddenly felt my mood get elevated and chuckled.

[ CreamySandwich: Greetings, my dedicated reader. It seems that you have spent the night reading my..."trashy" novel. How is this even considered a review? It's just you straight up roasting my work. First of all, I believe that I did a great job at character building. Second of all, the intercourse with females only occurred every 10 chapters! I don't know what you mean by the "quest of having intimacy with girls replacing Saireh's obligation to save the world". Lastly, Arzel was supposed to die long ago because of the bad treatment Saireh received from him but I couldn't just kill him off so early in the story. Anyway, why are you even defending a villain? Still, I understand your concerns so I have just the perfect way to calm your anger. How about becoming the villain, Arzel, instead?

"What the...what's this bullshit about becoming Arzel? As if I can just die right now and transmigrate into his body. Arzel was supposed to die? Why am I defending a villain? Pfft..."

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at the stupid nonsense that I had just read.

"I'll just go to sleep...it's morning anyway."

Just as I was going to leave the dining room and go to my bed, I heard a loud, game-like notification. Then, a voice echoed into my ears— a monotonous one.

[ Transportation Complete! ]

Pain came first.

Not the sharp kind. This was worse.

It was the suffocating heaviness of being crushed into something too small—one that was too tight and too wrong.

My vision swam as unfamiliar sensations assaulted me all at once and before I knew it, I heard several voices in my head—no, it was like my memories were forcibly being merged with someone else's.

My limbs were shorter, my chest lighter, and my heartbeat erratic as I collapsed onto something soft, which was the silk brushing onto my skin.

I let out a pained groan but my voice came out thin. A child-like one that didn't belong to me.

My breath hitched as realization slammed at me harder than any system message ever could. Hastily taking a look at the surroundings, I came to know that the room I was currently in was massive. Dark velvet curtains framed the tall windows with moonlight spilling across polished marble floors. The bed beneath me was absurdly large, draped in black and violet fabrics embroidered with sigils I had never seen but knew about.

Herczhide. Arzel Ravien Von Herczhide.

Staggering out of the bed, I stumbled toward the mirror. The reflection stared at me with no mercy. Pale skin, jet-black hair, and deep amethyst eyes that held no light.

Ahh...

"Fuck."
